Items Damage, Insurance massive delays on going
We moved from a 4 bedroom house at Medowie N.S.W to Brisbane and had Wridgways as the movers etc.
On pack-up we requested them to be careful but they just didn't seemed concerned and even said "don't worry insurance will cover" etc. on arrival and over the next month as we unpacked we discovered damage to a high range HD tv, damaged quality wooden furniture bed dresser etc, dents to refrigerator etc etc. Initially when we raise these issue was meant with "you signed" the acceptance when unloaded etc. and we still haven't un-packed many boxes a...Read more

y advise that the claim would be in our bank account on thursday 31oct. Again after 4+ months of delaying action and excuses etc. it wasn't.
Just of note the pick-upstaff at 'Widgeway Tomago' were good. But On the delivery side at Brisbane..... shameful to say the least and on the administration side ie. insurance/claims etc. It wouldn't s... Read more
