Disappointing
After i joined nothing much happened for a month. I spoke to someone for a while but when it didn't work out there was no follow up and no review. I don't have high expectations, just basic communication about what to expect. Not a great experience. i feel like I wasted my time and money.

Right at the beginning I felt confident that this will be a good way to meet that someone special. The owner has been delightfully warm, friendly and helpful. I am at the beginning of my search and after meeting one match so far, has taken time to listen and really understand what I am looking for. I will report an update as I progress.

rom [name removed] when I paid and if I didn’t it was against legislation and I would be entitled to a full refund. They finally did refund all my money but it was only after I threatened to lodge a formal complaint with fair trading. Unsatisfied customer! Not jumping to judge..yet
Positive: this agency fees are very competitive, their effort to find compatible date seems to be convincing, staff is easy to communicate with
Negative: it took me two emails, two phone calls and one sms (31 Jan -19 Feb) to get a return call…well I’ve know better customer service. ….I have to be fair though -perhaps it was too busy time for You and I Introduction around Valentine’s Day : )
I will definitely post an update in a month or so.

The matching process did take a little bit longer but only because they were thorough and really wanted to ensure I was matched with the ideal person. I am happy to say it was worth the wait and I was lucky enough to meet an amazing girl who I look forward to spending the future with. I can't guarantee you'll find true love but I can guarantee you'll be looked after my true professionals that will listen and do everything in their power to find you your special other. I joined this company and the owner and staff were fantastic .......... I have met a wonderful man. I just want to let people know they have lots of professional people who are very successful. I was so unsure when I met with a consultant, as I see myself as professional, however, my ex-husband and I lost a lot in the GFC and thus things went even more sour for us. It also takes a lot of proven experience when a consultant can see internally what is already there. "Class, Style and Business Knowledge, is not something that can be faked for too long" said the consultant. You have this naturally already, as that is who you truely are, so, we will stay with the Professional Division for you, as that is who you are. Embrace it, own it still and enjoy it. The right one will come along. But please don't get anxious if it is not straight away. We have to by law give it a time frame for your enrollment, but in reality, it could be longer, but we will succeed in the right matches for you." Well, I said o.k., but unfortunately gave the consultant grieve after a month, because I read some bad stuff on this site, and got paranoid. They refunded me, and wow, to my amazement, three months later, rang me with a gentleman who is very, very, very successful in the mining industry. I now work along side him, and I just want to post that I am so terribly sorry for posting an awful comment earlier on this site. They have taken it off as requested, but am publicly sorry for any damage I have done to such a wonderful company. Ethically, you did what you did to your word. I guess it is some peoples nature to get paronoid. I owe you so much thanks for a life changing match. A wonderful life changing experience
I joined You and I Introductions 14 months ago. Five months into my service [name removed] introduced me to my soon to be wife. We googled to confirm a postal address to surprise her with a Wedding Invitation. We were surprised to read some of these comments as both of us in all our time during the service only had great things to say. lf when doing this. Her years of experience quickly is noticable when introducing and not wasting ones time just on half hearted matches. As a professional, I want quality and not quantity. She said great, because if you are just sitting around waiting every week for the phone to ring, then this avenue is not for you. She is nice in the beginning, but that didn't stop just there. She is warm, caring, guiding and genuinely a lovely lady. I have referred three work friends who have all had a great experience as well. I must admit, I did get a bit down half way, but she lifted my spirits real quick. One may wonder if there could be some jealous competitors out there !!! Excellent in Every Way
Im the last out of five of my "Single" friends who have gone through You and I in the last 12months. Now we call ourselves the "Famous Five" just jokingly as we joke we all went through a Journey Again after being amongst us, Widowed,Seperated and Divorced.
I am posting this, as surprisingly, this site has been drawn to my attention amongst us and we feel it sad for the Agency, as they have done nothing short of Great Things for us.

taught us a lot. Being all self made millionaires, and some in the legal world, we were very sceptical of women, dating agencies and in general, just venturing out there again. The Agency was just amazing in friendliness and knowledge and most of all expertise. They know what they are doing. I am a Barrister at Law, my "wonderful love" is a Florist. Lodge a complaint with office of fair trading. I am after other people like yourself who feel that they have being robbed by this agency to come forward so we can take this matter further & get our money back from a company that failed to provide the service they sold us.

6 months, with "on hold" facility....same as another agency quoted for 3 months on the cheapest membership option. As for updates...looks like there will be none.
