Great product
I received these from Amazon AU and the delivery was swift, about 2 days .
On unpacking I plugged the charging port into my USB cable connected to my USB charging device and left it for about 1.5 hours and then pulled the ear buds out of the supplied charger and began the pairing process with my spare smartphone.
The problem was I did not see the small clear pieces of tape over the charging contacts so I had to place them back in the charger and leave for about 20 minutes.
I then picked up the buds placed them in my ear .
