I would like to thank all the guts for going above and beyond to assist with our move. Our move was a hard one as it was double story and the new address has a long driveway. The conducted themselves with the utmost respect to both myself and my mum. The work worked hard and fast and only hook 1 x 5 min break. I would HIGHLY recommend them and will without a doubt use then again on my next move. Thank you again guys.

They guys helped me move all the content of my room. It was a big job with a massive wardrobe! They wrapped everything up so it was all protected and travelled half way across Sydney to my new place. They were very good.

I had 2 bedrooms moving with Youssif and Steven, it is a short distance and always on time even it was re-scheduled in a short notice. All the items are in good condition during the movement and they did a great job regarding de and re-assembly of some large furnitures. Really love their job and will get back to Zoom definitely next time.

Excellent work. A very long day and all three worked constantly to get everything done with difficult lift access, heavy furniture. Great, friendly service. Everything arrived, nothing broken. Will definitely use again next time. Hopefully that’s not too soon!

Move was very difficult due to the location of the pickup address. The team did a very efficient and careful job moving our belongings. The move took less time than expected.

Was told need to pay security deposit of $100 before a qoute can be provided. Had to cancel my booking next day after the payment was made, because removal is no longer required.
After spoken to an lady last week on the phone, she told me they have processed my refund which I never received. No reply to my email. Very disappointed!

This is the first time we used the service and overall our experience was until removalist came with some extra cost that was not a part of deal. If anyone planning to use the service, please ensure you check cost related to furniture assembly and property access.

Moving is stressful at the best of times. The removalists were punctual and quick in moving my possessions however this then led to the lift breaking down as they tried to put all of my stuff in one load in the lift, and it was only a small lift. Luckily I got the lift working again.
The rest of the move went well however just a warning: check they are charging you what you agreed in the quote.... I was told a figure way above what was agreed and when I questioned it there was confusion and disbelief and the guy told me no, that’s wrong. Well no I am not paying it. It got sorted out but I question how many people don’t question it.

I would like to thank these boys for a great job today there work was very well done. I would recommend them to who ever needs to move great job boys
