The move was a relative small one but unfortunately there were some very bulky and heavy items which they skilfully managed to get up to the 2nd floor. The move was from Penshurst to Gymea and the entire move was accomplished in the minimum 3 hours.
Moey and his offsider were very careful with the fragile items ( no bull at the gate stuff ). Happy to recommend them.
Whilst I'm more than happy to provide a good review the proof of purchase component is a pain in the backside.

Really disappointed with Zoom removals. Moved a 2 bed unit with 3 guys over 8km to storage. The move was based on an hourly rate and took 8 hours with no incentive for them to finish early. Slowest move I’ve ever witnessed and paid for. Goods not taken care of with an expensive bike knocked to the ground and new cloth sofa with wrapping taken off left on concrete. When do these companies lean that they may have gained a couple of hours at my expense but they’ve lost a customer for good. Unless you can fix the price of the move before prepare to pay way over the top for an average service. Never again.

Moved our 3 bedroom apartment over to Sutherland from the the East. So quick and they made it so easy. A great team who work efficiently and quickly! Thank you guys!

I’ve used zoom for every move and i have never been disappointed. my last move was a 3 bed duplex and the two Removalists where on point, they worked hard with a smile and a laugh. They got me in my new place well before I expected. I Could not of had a more positive experience.

We moved from a top floor 2-bedroom apartment to a 3-bedroom house 30 mins away. The move did not finish at the time originally estimated, but overall we were impressed by the helpfulness of the two removalists.

Horrible experience. Absolutely non- professional. Above and beyond unethical. The movers actually didn’t show up on the day and time we had reserved. No answer at the office, no answer on the emergency number. Got a return to our repeat messages about 4 hours later to say their movers didn’t show up that morning. No help or solution offered. Had to find a really costly last minute Plan B on our own. Really stressful situation, especially with kids. Avoid at any cost.

They arrived late and at wrong address.
Moved like snails.
No tools or proper moving equipment.
Charged extra unnecessarily with no receipt.
Stole tv and blaming the contractors saying not their fault.
Never return calls or emails.

I was lucky to have William and John move us last week. Both were very professional and moved everything without a hitch or mark to any of my furniture. Greatly appreciated their efforts and would highly recommend them both and Zoom to move house.

Moved a 2 bedroom unit from storage to our new home. Plenty of stairs and tight corners but Danny and Lawrence were absolutely awesome. Everything was handled carefully but moved quickly and efficiently. Way cheaper than our move from our original home to storage aswell (we had used a different company). Thanks a bunch!!!!! 4.5 hours all up, the original move took about 7.

Two very courteous and professional gentlemen assisted me with my move yesterday. They were very careful with my belongings and made the move go so smoothly - the relocation of the items in my 1br apartment from Alexandria to Chatswood was done in under 2 hours! We moved out of a two bedroom unit and had an extra large sofa and bed, plus around 20 x boxes, a fridge and washing machine. The guys turned up on time, were friendly, professional and careful with our things. It took around 6 x hours and they had to tackle quite a few stairs but I can’t speak highly enough of them. Plus we rented 20 x boxes for $100 deposit, which we get back when we return them so it’s 100% money well spent. Thank you Zoom! We’ll be using you when we hopefully move states in the future too!!

The two guys moved my items from taxi box facility in erskinville to bathurst. They unloaded all the items from the taxi box carefully, transported it well and unloaded and helped item into the rooms of the house. The two guys were friendly, professional and worked well. Price was reasonable, so thank you very much :-)

I moved from a one bedroom apartment with lift to a two bedroom unit and everything was done very well. They arrived early but called first to ask if this was ok, were polite, hardworking and careful. It took less time than I thought it would, just under 1hr to load, 30min drive then Just over 1/2hour to unload so I was charged their minimum call out fee of 2hrs + call out fee, fuel levy and credit card fee, all I which I had been quoted first. Highly recommend their service, thanks guys.

We moved from three bedroom house in Mosman to a unit on level three with stairs in Manly. The remivalists got there on time. They were fast, polite and very professional. Nothing was an issue for them and the day went very smooth.
