We've been really happy with ALifePlus meals. The keto meals are great, low in carb, high in fat, and best of all actually still healthy too. Really appreciate the meals. Thank you.

This is my first box - I followed the 900k Keto plan, there was a lot of food, but it was tasty and ordering and preparation were easy. The meal plan was more expensive than some I looked at, but the food is fresh and tasty.

I get 250grm portions and they fill me.
However I find ordering on line a little challenging and confusing.
I'm taste testing meals before I join a program.

The food was bland and had no real taste. The sizes were good however I would not recommend as it was all so tasteless. They also won't take you off their subscriber list, so you will keep getting spammed messages even after you tell them to stop sending messages.

I tried other weight loss program before. What I like about ALifeplus is that the food is tasty and fresh as compare to other program that I tried which is frozen. I look forward to each meal and the portions is just right to help me with my weight loss.

Happy to cater for any dietary requirements and use nutritionists to personalise meal plans to match your goals. The food is always fresh, tasty and doesn’t taste like microwave food!

Tge program was easy to follow. The food is beautiful and filling. The staff are friendly helpful and really lovely. I've tried all meal deliveries and at last I've found the best.

Both my husband and I loved the pizzas. They had loads of toppings, very flavourful and filling also. It felt like we were cheating our diet! We will order again.

The food makes me feel full and I have not craved anything outside of what has been provided. The meals are easy and really tasty.
The balance must be perfect because after only 4 days my husband and I are in high Ketosis (we use the Keto sticks to measure this) He has lost 3 KG and I have lost 2.4kg in the 6 days we have been eating the meals provided.
I ordered the 7 Day Keto 250 just to see how it tastes, I have now ordered the 28 day for both of us.
If you really want to see results I believe this is the easiest and tastiest way.

I've tried lower carb meals from other meal providers and was a little let down by it, both flavour and options. After 1 week, I appreciate the flavour of these meals so far and tailored macros developed to suit my goals. Only suggestions for opportunity for improvement is better labelling of meal ingredients and filtering of meal options to cut out common allergens/intolerances from meal options presented for choice.

Easy to follow, yummy food and pretty filling considering the reduced calories. Price is competitive and considering the maths is all done for you it well worth it. Just don’t let your food sit on the doorstep too long before putting it in the fridge/freezer!

I ordered the keto diet 5 days lunches & dinners.
Have used them for dinners only. I have had a small green salad with them as they are 250g. This is working well for me.
I enjoy the fresh ingredients and international flavours. These are much more my style than some of the meals offered by other companies. Happy to have found A Life Plus (A+)

“Yummy food” and “on a diet” don’t usually go together in the same sentence, but this food is great, delicious and filling.
First impression is, it’s not big portions for the 220g, but it has been a perfect portion.

I have been patient with Alife plus but now I just feel scammed. On numerous occasions they have left out meals and only offered credits to use to reorder. Today I again have found that my delivery is short despite paying the full price. I just want my refund and not to deal with this company again, it should be illegal to offer credits when they have not delivered what was paid for as I don’t want to give them more of my money. This company is highly untrustworthy and the customer service is below zero. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money giving them chances. If this is not resolved I will contact fair trade to complain about this.

I am amazed at the quality and taste of the meals. I love that I can request ingredients be altered to suit me tastes/needs. The meals I’ve had so far are delicious and I’ve found the company to be super easy to deal with. I am so happy that I have this option available to me.

Been doing this for a few weeks now and have not had a bad meal yet, lost a few kilos and feeling really good, great food, great service, thumbs up.

I'm thrilled to have A Life Plus come through on my Instagram feed as they offer Vegetarian Keto meals. Not many meal delivery services offer Vegetarian Keto so I jumped on the chance to try it. It's only been one week, but the meals are filling (250gm), nutritious, varied and taste delicious. Balancing vegetarianism and a keto lifestyle is not easy and A Life Plus have nailed it. Customer service is great and I love that they are environmentally conscious with packaging.

I've been doing Keto for a year now, and I reached a point where I was keeping things so simple, that I was not getting enough nutrients and hit a plateau. A Life plus has been my best discovery. Food is fresh, tailored to my requirements and most of all taste is divine! I now don't have to think about anything...just eat! Customer service A+

Keto dieting is extremely hard and I have given up twice before only lasting 3 weeks each time. That is until I found these meals. They are so delicious and they even make pizzas which I reheat in the airfryer. I don’t know how they do it! Pizza that isn’t cauliflower based. There is a huge variety of meals and some sweets without eating just salad and chicken. Haven’t had one I don’t like yet! Do yourself a favour especially if you struggle to cook keto food.

Meals are filling and quite delicious (given the constrictions of the diet themselves).
I was able to follow the diet very well and there is enough variety that I am not bored. I would like them to investigate using spaghetti squash as a pasta replacement as getting a bit sick of cauliflower rice.

Tastier than I’m used to and you can tell the quality of ingredients is much better than competitors. More expensive but worth every cent in my opinion.
I will be using this service from now on.

The 400gm meals make a good hearty dinner or can be split into 2 lunches. Enjoying the diversity of the meals and the seasonality. The vegetarian dishes are surprisingly delicious and loving the fish.

The food is amazing! I have tried many other food delivery services and found the food to be bland and mass produced. With A Life Plus the food tastes fresh and as if it was prepared the same day. The variety is exceptional and keeps me excited about my next meal. For someone who is trying to lose weight the meal plan that I have picked provides me with perfectly portioned meals.

The quality is top notch feeling full, losing weight. My focus and memory has improved, moreover my energy levels are very noticeable. Service is wonderful with friendly staff and prompt.

Have been eating Alifeplus for over 2-mths and love that there is such a variety.
The meat is of high quality and vegetables as fresh as they can be when microwaved. I sometimes remove greens and eat raw just so not overcooked.
On week 2 of 28 day, 900 calorie so hope to lose weight this time. I love not having to think about what to cook.
These dishes are definitely the best of meal delivery I have tried.

This is the best keto meal delivery I’ve found so far, there is a big variety of meals to choose from, and the meals are really tasty and filling. I also like that I can choose different portion sizes.

Delicious meals that are not keto gluggy like some others I’ve tried. Loads of taste and the meals don’t leave you hungry 5 minutes later.

I have been following a mixture of the Keto 900IF & 1200IF plans for 5 weeks so far and have lost 7.3kg which makes me very happy and I just follow the meal plan as it comes with my order. I don’t feel hungry throughout the day anymore my body has adjusted. My clothes are looser, my mood has improved & my motivation has increased. The food is delicious and fresh and is consistently so every delivery. I haven’t had a meal I haven’t liked.

I have the 400 gram meals. I find them filling and enjoyable. I only eat 2 meals a day anyway. ( brunch and dinner) so I feel adequately satiated. And the meals are delicious!

The keto ratio is great and saves me the trouble from having to calculate it with each of my meals. Really easy to order and customer service I must say is the best out of my experience with 5 other meal delivery plans. You are able to get in touch with a real human as opposed to a bot.
Able to personalise but i haven't yet used this feature.

Recieved our first order and in love with the food! We got the organic option - meals fill you up, fresh good ingredients and the menu is vast! We will keep ordering :)

The food is really tasty and the customer service is amazing - super fast at replying and very friendly. I’ve only just started so I’m keen to see the results hopefully soon!

Can you possibly update my notes and remove the ‘less spicy’ comments for future orders?
I’m so pleased that your team truly individualize meals however, I feel I may be missing out on how good the meal was intended to taste by reducing the spice factor.
EG: Paprika is no issue for me
