A few mistakes with my orders

Disgusting! Warning - do not buy these meals - see below for more and pictures
This company is an absolute joke and needs to be shut down by the health department!
I paid $96 for 6 meals. You can see by the pictures below how disgusting they are - $16.00 for a tray of hard rice that has mould growing underneath, the mushrooms were canned and not fresh, the spinach leaves were all slimy and rotten and the broccoli was raw. I opted for the Alkaline diet meals and most of the meal had white grain rice which is not part of the Alkaline foods list! the rice was when I took it out of the container. PACKAGING - There are no ingredients labels on the meals which as you would know prepackaged food must contain labels. There is no nutrition chart with calories etc for the meal. The lids were cracked on three of the meals and the way it had been sealed is terrible! The container contains BPA and I don't even know if it's microwave safe. DELIVERY- The Indian courier was so rude, he delivered my order the morning before the delivery was scheduled instead of the date requested. He pulled up so loudly in his van talking to someone on the loud speaker which blared out of the van and put my box in the water on the floor! COMMUNICATION - When my meals arrived I was so shocked by what I was looking at so I tried calling the landline as on the website (02) 8004 7457 and no answer - it rang out then had a voicemail at the end. I left a message and still no return call. I then called the mobile as on their website 0414 184 578, it was switched off and said "unavailable". I then sent them an email to [email protected] which included all the information as above with my order number, name, address and what I had ordered. I'm still yet to receive a reply! I asked to be contacted with a full refund. Guess what? Still not reply or refund. I called my bank and will be lodging a charge back on my card which will take up to 6 months to get my money back.

Unreliable delivery - meal spoilage
ALifePlus didn't work out for me - the company struggled to follow instructions and sent the wrong meals. Unfortunately on my last order the courier lied about the time my meals were delivered (said they arrived at 3:30pm, even sent a photo, however my dad had been to my house and brought them inside at 1:30pm). The iceblocks in the packaging were melted when my dad arrived. When I unpacked them the meals were spoiled.

Avoid at any cost. Obsolutely disgusting
This company follows no ethic. They don't hesitate to keep telling lies and do nothing.
Don't trust 5 star reviews. All users woth high stsr reviews have a closer for photo or similar. My review on their website was never published. Delivery experience - worst I have ever experienced and I do get all sort if courier delivery from grocers to meals.

ernoon of delivery date, I still got nowhere so, I didn't receive anything on the day. After making a complaint and demanding rerun, I was contacted and offered to receive the meal a day later. I was promise a follow-up phone call in couple of days to offer the compensation in lieu of trouble and refund if I wasn't happy with the meals. At no surprise, I didn't receive any follow-up call so, I provided my feedback about the meals via message to same number and still have heard nothing 24 hours later. Roasted vegies as a meal was basically Pumpkin (not a good Keto option) with 1 brussel sprout and a few pieces of fennel. Cooked Broccoli was bitter and overcooked. Already looked a dark sad green. Horrible!
I have made tastier keto meals myself and was hoping this will help save time, as I usually get home from work late. This was expensive and not worth it AT ALL! Every meal was sloshed into the containers, doesn't seem like there's any care in the preparation. I will not be ordering this again!

My mate and I decided to give Alifeplus a go because we wanted an easy way to get into a keto diet. When you start a new diet its really important to make it as easy as possible for yourself because you have not built your new habits yet. This is where Alifeplus can be VERY helpful. alories for me, meaning I need to get another 200 calories in from snacks and extras to throw on top of the meals. This ends up costing a fortune week after week so I ended up just going back to meal prepping each Sunday and saving myself about $50 a week. I really love the idea of this and I think it has a lot of potential - but I think you guys need to find a way to get more value (calories) into the meals. Amazing food, delicious and healthy.
We've been ordering these meals for the past 18 months and they have been an absolute Godsend, while juggling work and studying nutrition. My Husband and I absolutely love their meals as they taste amazing, have a great variety and most importantly are nutritious. Customer service is exceptional and they are incredibly accommodating with dietary requirements. Anyone looking for healthy, convenient meals that taste great, I highly recommend these guys.

Great Food but Disorganised
I've been ordering from A-Life for 4x months. I have always found them to be flexible and responsive. Great meals, capacity to choose, on-time delivery, and real, reachable support if needed. In the last 3x weeks I've had multiple delays. Given I travel every week for work, and rely on the meals to keep a healthy lifestyle when in my Hotel, reliability is my key preference. So, the Summary? Good Food, when it arrives, but not a service you can set your watch to. If you're trying to manage a Diet and need the reliability... I wouldn't count on A-Life. Hopefully they improve this weakness.

So disappointing! Misleading photos indeed!
I got delivery today and found little veggie in boxes. The photos were showing lots of veggie though. I chose organic food but not sure what was delivered.
Wonder why they didnt put much veggie in it.

Food so tough I got a headache from chewing most of the meals!
Very dry chewy and tasteless food! I received better meals in the hospitals tbh. Some of the meals were so hard to chew that I couldn’t even swallow the lamb, pork or beef and ended up with a headache. Will not be ordering it again.

Great Quality and Service
I'll definitely be making this a regular thing. My family has been using youfoodz and other providers on and off in the past. With a recent house move and our kitchen not ready for use, we tried A Life Plus and they are head and shoulders above competition.
Minor issues but sorted out quickly.

Ordinary food wrong order
First problem was advise food was going to be delivered on the Wednesday the night before- noticed it had the wrong address. Try for a couple of hours that night and early the next day. Finally got in touch with me when I told them I was very angry. When I did get my order it was wrong, I had order ordinary choice. No one has been in touch with me since Thursday evening. So it looks like I’m left with the wrong order. So far two of the meals not great.

Misleading photos, expensive mush.
I ordered them because they do NDIS plans and have plant based options, but I was so disappointed. The photos on their website look great. In reality though, the meals are just veg with crumbled tofu on the side. I literally cried because it took weeks to get here (they said it was a courier issue), and when it finally got here it was just so bad. Check out the "vegan Shepard's pie" that looks to be basically just tofu and potato blended... They were very rude and told me their meals were supposed to be for cancer patients.

Excellent Service & Lovely Food
For pre-prepared meals, the quality is really good, but what makes A Life Plus stand out is the customer service, which is excellent in every way. Smaller delivery windows would be a great addition.

Food is tasty, some improvements could be made
after trying a couple of different food delivery companies for our Keto meals, in terms of food taste and quality, A Life Plus is definitely our preferred choice. However food is a little bit overpriced for the amount you get, and it is a bit of a gamble of what you order as there are no pictures or health information on the website, description is very vague it doesn't tell you what ingredients are in the meals. A bit more information would be good.

Didn't receive what I ordered, twice!
I placed an order for standard organic meals, and received Keto non-organic meals. They advised that it was a mistake and they were assuring me that they do have organic meals so I re-ordered the same standard organic meals. This time I received Keto meals with very generic labels on it, stating nowhere that they are organic.

Meals are tasty especially pizza. Curry and satay is not bad either. Price is high for actual ingredients and the serving size. Okay overall if you are after ready to eat keto meal. Meal size is quite small.

Poor Customer Support
The company initially provided a decent service, sending well cooked food. However, over time, the lack of customer support started to show. Phone calls that were made are usually not answered and emails that were sent are ignored. There were also multiple instances of incorrect orders which to their defence, they offered compensations on in the form of the extra order in the next week. However, they would usually get it wrong as well. I would steer clear from using them.
