Wonderful "Fresh" meals, delivered by very and considerate helpful staff.
The Recipe Cards are easy to follow,
Only a few items needed from the Pantry, (like Olive Oil etc.)
It is a pleasure to sit down and eat what I have just cooked.
Being on my own, I do split each pack in Half, and cook "fresh" for each meal
So Thank You HelloFresh because I am now eating "correctly".

Two of the hardest things when feeding a family of 6 are: 1. Meal Planning and 2. Food Wastage - HelloFresh helps with both of these. We love the choice of meals - it helps us to broaden our horizons and cook things we wouldn't normally and they're always delicious (and healthy too). Our kids always love them.
We have used the service on and off for four years now, and 90% of the time the food is super fresh. We have only had a handful of times where things are missing or something hasn't been as fresh as it could be but the staff are always super apologetic and do what they can to fix the problem.

I thought these falafels were going to be dry but it was far from it. All the flavours worked well. Unfortunately it’s a bit expensive to use every day sorry.

We all love the different meals, always fresh, portions good and a great variety and love that I don’t have to decide what to cook.

I started using Hello Fresh just when Covid 19 hit us and it’s been a life saver. I’m so happy with the variety of food and menus. I enjoy cooking again as I get to try outA different recipe every night.

I started a trial with hello fresh. I love cooking and consider myself a good cook. But I never explored to far from the norm. Having hello fresh had opened my eyes and taste buds. I have yet to find a meal I wouldn't do again. Amazing flavours, fabulous recipes.
I live alone so I get all my weekly main meals in one box.. I find the servings are very generous and filling.
Loving my cooking adventures with hello fresh.. I wait excitedly for the next weeks recipes to be revealed.. Lol

Beautiful food, never had the same meal twice. Fresh veg can be hit and miss.
It makes week day meals so easy and convenient. Definitely will be recommending this to friends

I received a recommendation from a friend who swears by the service. I accidentally made a mistake on my first order never using the site before. Did the chatbox who wasn't able to resolve my issue but after escalation to Kathryn at Hello Fresh she was able to sort my order out.

Looking forward to trying the menu.

As a family it’s so great having this as an option especially when times get chaotic! The food is amazing and always makes me feel like a good Cook!
In the past we have had a few things out of their control that occurred but they were easily rectified.
I also love that their are different options and that you can pick and choose when you want it. No lock in contact is a absolute winner for me

Best choice we have ever made so takes out that dreaded “what am I going to cook tonight” we no longer have wasted food portion control is awesome hubby took a few times to get used to eating smaller portions but us so happy that the weight is dropping

Simple, easy, tasty and best of all with easy instructions my 10 year old loves to cook it and is proud to deliver the meal. Options to add more spice or herbs/nuts if needed keeps everyones pallet happy.

Meals are tasty and easy to prepare and all inclusive. No thinking about what to cook to make a healthy and varied diet for my family. Portion sizes are great and always have some over. Has me trying things I never thought I would like and many have been really delicious.

Hello Fresh has been great for our family, our 3 young adult/teenagers each cook a meal from it each week. Lovely fresh food, easy to follow instructions. App is easy to use for ordering.

Hello Fresh has changed our lives, well mine anyway!! I don’t have to think about what we are having each night, portion sizes are generous and recipes are very easy to follow. There has only been 1 meal out of 7 weeks with of meals we didn’t love, but it was still edible. The only negative comments would be cost (but that’s what you pay for convenience), sometimes the quality has been low but once discussed with customer service it was rectified and some weeks can be a little repetitive but then so was my weekly menu before hello fresh. You won’t regret placing an order!

Good variety, easy to swap out meals to deal with allergies. Easy to follow recipes. We are eating much better in isolation than we did pre Covid. Variety of cuisines.

My family do like most of the recipes- it is tough to balance meat eating and vegetarian mix in family so this is one improvement to consider in weekly boxes. The other - so many of recipes call for just a single item to go in the oven - our electric bill has increased 17% will hello fresh cooking requirements and this is a call to ask for this to be changed. If oven is to go on - can whole meal be done there. Can most meals be done on stove top - without oven? It's an important factor in these cash tight and environmentally conscious times.

Easy to follow, time efficient but tasty recipes using fresh ingredients. Hello Fresh ticks all the boxes. I enjoy the convenience of not having to go supermarket shopping so often (especially in the era of COVID-19). The only downside is that it is a bit expensive and having to pay for delivery on top of that, but clearly I have decided to use the service regardless.

Love most meals. Nice to try different recipes and have the recipes and ingredients at hand. The family loves them too. Usually super easy to make but can involve a bit of chopping.

I have been 99% happy. All very delicious & easy to follow instructions
Only one complaint on the Quick & Easy Meal ... wasn’t as yummy & had to pay extra !
I was delivered 2x meals without Meat as shortage, I think it should have been substituted with chicken.... I did get a credit for the shortage, so that was all good Thanks

Fresh, amazing quality ALWAYS!! So delicious and easy!! So quick and easy to make and you get a creative yum meal out of it! We look forward to cooking dinner now!
