MenuLog is dreadful. Eat Now used to be excellent. MenuLog is not a patch on Eat Now. No pictures of meals, no description of what the dishes consist of - just a name e.g. "Chicken - with sauce". "Chicken - no sauce." A 4 year old child could do better. MenuLog needs to lift its game, radically.

Eatnow used to be really simple you enter a postcode and the places that deliver to your location are shown. Now my search results are dominated by Menu Log and "order on Menu Log". Just now the 3rd restaurant in my search results does not deliver to my address. I have just wasted 30 minutes when it used to take literally 2 minutes to do. I do not know what is happening but menulog is messing up this site. If people wanted to order from menulog they would go to that site

This is my go to for ordering online. Mostly I pick food up, it's just the ease of being able to order while I'm out and about. Restaurants have generally been ready on time with the odd exception, but in most cases the service was polite and apologetic, typically offering some sort of additional item for free. Never outrageously late though. Have ordered pizza, chinese, indian and thai from various places, and tend to use the same ones.
I find the app or browser version really easy to use too.

I made an order for Chinese.
It took nearly 2 hrs to get all the food was Luke warm or cold.
The hole meal was worth $76 they charged $101.
this is the worst company I have ever used never again.

so the story is I ordered online at speedypizza Braybrook, VIC via eatnow. I was charged 17.90 and when i got at restaurant saw their menu it was priced 14.90. I contacted eatnow and it been over a week and did not hear back from them. its only 3 dollars but my perception now for eatnow is that they can overcharge at other places too and they dont care about issues like this which are critical for image of the company. eatnow employee is asking me the proof or photo of the menu even though speedypizza is their business partner and its only a phone call away. I would think eatnow would have an urgency to fix issues like this but apparently not.

Pretty happy with the process but the restaurant probably didn't read order properly. Got the wrong pizza but did make up a new one and deliver it when I rang.

Great pick up location. Good menu selection. Food was ready on time. Great food. Really nice, hot and exactly what was ordered. Will be going back. 5 out of 5.

I made an order for delivery and received confirmation but a long time later my food had not arrived. I rang the restaurant who had not received the EatNow order. They cooked and delivered my food quickly and added a couple of extra items to make up for my disappointment.

I made an order to collect. The order was accepted and my card was debited, SMS and emails received. The restaurant it was closed. I called EatNow who didn't believe that the restaurant was closed - why would I make this up? I sat outside the closed restaurant for 10 minutes while they tried to contact. I asked how I can tell if via the EatNow site if a restaurant is open - they hung up on me. No response to emails either. Offered a meagre $5 credit as compensation - which they admitted they forgot to process.

This village has 2 entrances. Jones Rd and Kenthurst Rd. Driver went to Kenthurst rd although the address stated Jones Rd. Consequently food was only warm. She got here eventually. Must have read instructions.

Got our meals earlier than expected which was very welcome. Never had a delay with this service. I totally recommended. Drivers are friendly and provide good service, we will keep using eat now.

I really love it...it's fast and very tasty ...will used often...staff there very friendly and I ordered can of Coke they didn't have instead I received bottle of Coke..... amazing

It was great test and service on time. price is also reasonably good. will definitely order again. I tried 4 different curries and Naan bread, all right on money. great

Great app that has all the restaurants on there that will deliver to my small town. Love it and so easy to use. Also tells me where and what I ordered last time too.

got our food on time and it was hot and very nice very happy indeed def will get again thanks have tried other delivery people no good didnt receive our food it wasnt very nice but you were so good with everything thankyou keep up the good work!!! :)

Honestly people are using you to get food quickly perhaps don’t take payment if you can’t deliver a service. Other apps at least give you progress updates on the status of your order EatNow seems content with taking the payment clip and offering literally no value add.

Beats all the competitors for ease of use. I always order with EatNow. No dramas, just easy to order, delicious food at my fingertips. Keep up the good work EN.

Easy to use, fast to order. So convenient. The menu is easy to navigate and easy to find what you are looking for. Paying is a breeze with PayPal or cc
