Just what I needed. Was easy to use and a first purchase discount is appealing. More rewards would be great.

It is completely unacceptable that EatNow allows restaurant to cancel an accepted order an hour after it has been accepted. I understand that a restaurant does not want to deliver too far away, but this should be considered when accepting an order, not an hour after the order was placed. I’m not ordering food just because I might want to eat it some day, I’m ordering it because I’m hungry and want to eat. Do not rely on eatnow to get you any food, even if the restaurant has accepted your order.

Never heard of this company before but for some reason my credit card got hit with $134.80 on sunday nite 16/12/18 @ 7:49pm. Eatnow sydney. Called n emailed the company twice today with no reply as yet and would like to know how a transaction occurred, who, where? So that i can report it to the police.

My only complaint was that the honey chicken lacked much honey taste but all else was great. The delivery was on time as usual, the prices were quite reasonable and the servings were quite large. Overall we were very happy with the meals.

We were rejected the order from Derrimut pizza cafe because they didn't have buns for the burgers but they did take the money out of my account and what a joke as they say they give refunds after 3 days. So they shouldn't take the money before accepting the order.

Great coming home from work find eat now app order and in half an hour my tea is on the table no problems at all

Web page has a good format flow. Very responsive team. Gave me a $5 credit when the vendor cancelled my order with no reason. Automatically applied credit at next order. Good service.

I ordered and paid for a takeaway meal about 4PM on 17/11/2018 from Porta Via Pizza Pasta in Mooroolbark Victoria and received a promised delivery time for 6.30PM that day. After two phone calls to the restaurant it was eventually delivered at 8.15PM. Appalling service. I have no intention of using the same food outlet again and am sorry that the Eat Now website has not given me confidence to use it again.

We use to order to the same restaurant but yesterday our pizza arrived cold without taking care of our note.
