It might just be our suburb at the time of ordering (Kwinana) but the range of participating restaurants is small, particularly for delivery. Having said that, once we chose a restaurant the process of ordering, payment, confirmation and pick up time was easy and quick. I liked that I could choose to pay with PayPal like I would for UberEats in my suburb (Fremantle). Overall a good experience. I'd use it again.

We happily discovered this local gem- always good quality, great amount of flavour (also if you ask for hot, they actually make it hot) and never had a problem with service. It is also great value for money. Highly recommend!

Love the app makes it so much easier, we Order off here atleast one to two times a week from mine or partners account. I had 2 times where I had placed orders from my partners account with 2 different restaurants at different times and it took my payments but I received emails shortly after paying saying I will get refunded as what I ordered wasn’t available, one was refunded straight away but the other literally took days like 3/4 to get back. I was obviously annoyed at first like anyone would be BUT the staff member who sorted it for me was amazing so it definitely made up for it! They even gave us $30 off our next order. Despite the muck around we still carry on ordering from our accounts every week so it must be awesome!!!

2 hour delivery for a pizza is not acceptable. Had to cancel and pick up myself. Will not use again or recommend.

The service from EatNow is excellent. We received our meal in record time. Problem is pizza was almost cold, dry and tasteless. I’m sure it had been precooked and kept on a warming bench.

Meal arrived early, hot and delicious. We had steamed dim sims, honey chicken, crispy pork belly and chicken and corn soup to share, it was a feast. We would definitely recommend and we will use again.

Seems that the delivery guy had issues while carrying it. EatNow should keep the quality of the product all the way from collection to delivery. Quality is important.
