Bought some new bicycle mirrors from these guys on 8 December. At no extra charge I got email updates on progress of my order, which arrived today - 3 days earlier than expected.
Very different from an order I've placed for bike gear from another company, Velogear - which is also being shipped from Melbourne to Sydney but hasn't yet arrived after 3 weeks.
