Worked for a couple of months well, then the screen began glitching. I've been trying to get this resolved on an off for the past year, but to no avail. It is also a very poor design as a "laptop" So be wary. Steering clear from this brand moving forward, the aftercare were contactable - which is great...but they offered me no tangible answers that helped. In my opinion they should have exchanged it early on in the piece. It was not a cheap touchscreen, and unfortunately it has been a regrettable purchase for our family.
