I have always had an eye for quality items and I was pleasantly surprised when I visited the ACS website. The array of items that I saw impressed me and since the showroom is far from where I reside, I decided to order some basins online. I was happy with the quick response that I got when I placed my order and all the follow up communication was very prompt. My basins arrived within the time I had been promised and every item was as I had ordered. I want to thank ACS for making my online shopping a pleasurable experience and I will definitely be ordering more items in the near future.

We finally grew tired of our mundane looking bathroom so we had it remodeled. We followed the design of my sister’s bathroom and she was nice enough to recommend ACS. It was where they purchased nearly everything from the tub to the toilet. We bought exactly the same products and they were all set up beautifully.

I just received my order from ACS. At first, I was a bit scared that the item might be broken or that the quality would not match my expectations. But, when I checked them out, they were absolutely perfect. Thank you for giving me a wonderful shopping experience with you. I will definitely recommend you to everyone that I know.

I was looking for unique sinks and toilets which would give my bathroom a unique touch. Being a salesperson myself, I was quite impressed with the level of professionalism I received from the staff at ACS. They were well informed about all products and the advice I got made it much easier to pick items that would give me the look that I wanted. The products were delivered in good condition and I am so excited at how stylish my bathroom looks. I got everything that I wanted – great products and great customer service. Keep up the good job!

I had a very delightful experience working with ACS during my bathroom renovation. Firstly the products were of high quality and were just what I needed. In addition, I received a lot of help in trying to identify what was right for me. I was amazed that the products that were available were of good quality but were not as costly as the other places I had seen. I received the items in good condition and I am now a proud owner of a beautiful bathroom. I am one happy customer and would like to recommend ACS to others who are looking for quality bathroom products.

It is very difficult to please over 10000 clients per year now and again we get one that is unreasonable and no matter what ACS does they still complain.

Facts:

1. All products are checked and photographed in the factory when they are packed otherwise ACS does not accept the shipment
2. Product was delivered in a wooden crate that cannot be penetrated during transport as we use MDF panels
3. The damage was 100% caused by the person/s who opened the crate but typical of dishonest contractors its easy to blame the supplier
4. ACS investigated and although this was deemed caused by the installer by the manufacturer, ACS organised and paid for the repair.

Bath delivered damaged (3 days late). We were told it wasn't possible for the bath to be damaged during transit, so we must have damaged it unpacking it. We supplied photos showing it was unpacked from the opposite side. I take great exception to being called a liar. Refused to deal over the telephone, hiding behind emails. Next step will be a formal complaint via Fair Trading, and if necessary we will take this to Tribunal. They may browbeat other customers who give up for a quiet life, but I'm not one of them.

Be very careful selecting your products!!!
The after sales service is non existent and they have no interest in assisting you locally with change over if your product is wrong.
An offer to swap over a product by head office with a 45% re-stocking fee and freight fee (who does that?) was retracted by the General Manager when my wife expressed her disappointment and requested a response by telephone.
We spent over $15000 on product and get challenged on requesting a swap over of a $200 shower arm.
Imagine how much better this company could perform without the arrogance and poor service.

The staff at Brisbane shop were extremely helpful and knew their product range. My oreder arrived before promised and I got sale price after the sale had ended.

I brought a complete bathroom package from the Brisbane store and they were perfect! They were very friendly and helpful! I would recommend this company. He explained everything to me! A+++

The bath was as expected but after spending 2500 dollars the connectors supplied leaked. Logged a service call to hear all costs were up to us to pay. 1700 dollars later we have a bath that does not leak anymore thank you to our excellent plumber. No warranty on the bath it seems. Just smart ar$e comments
