where can I purchase a new 12volt cord for my fridge

The fridge doesn’t refrigerate to 4 degrees. Struggling to maintain 7 degrees. It has been hot outside about 36 degrees. Is it made to function in hot camping conditions.

My fridge when used for freezing will not freeze even though it's on -4.
Why?
You need to set it on -18. Try it on 240v and 12v. If it only freezes on 240v then the issue is with your 12v power supply. Try with a fully charged battery and heavy duty (at least 20amp) cable.
Mine was working fine on AC for about 2 years continuously - till about a week ago then it just stopped. It now will only work on the DC app.
I pulled the cowling off looking for a fuse or breaker but I can't see one!
Has anyone got any ideas?

I've had mine a couple of years and have used it fairly heavily. Had no problems. The current draw is about 2.5Ah but it depends very much on the ambient temperature. I'd say that the insulation isn't...
Read more as good as with a premium brand like Engel, ARB or Dometic but you get what you pay for. I have a 50L Dometic fridge that draws about half the current of the Aldi.

I’ve been away caravanning for the last 2 months and my adventuridge fridge/freezer has just suddenly started playing up. Whilst it is set to -20 degrees, it is suddenly only cooling to 0 degrees, regardless of what I set the temp at. I’ve tried switching it on and off and changing temperature settings without any change. The fridge is outside in the shade connected to power and I’m careful not to leave it in areas which are too hot. Any ideas what to do? Or is it just a device fault? We are on the road for the next 5 months, often remote, so need the issue resolved ASAP

Hi Karl. I never received any replies/solutions. I ended up switching it to emergency override and it eventually seemed to fix itself, though it still plays up at random times for no apparent reason.

Hello. I’m getting the E1 error when on mains power. I also have the temperature display showing mid 30 deg Celsius when the temp should be about 18deg. Would you be able to help with a possible resolution for this please. Great fridge other than this!
