when we are not away with the fridge, its used to store drink in the garage. I noted yesterday when getting a beer out the temp display had gone from how its been set on 4 o C, TO 16 o C. Tried to reset to 4 o. stays on that for 2/3 sec then reverts back to 16 o. Can hear whet I believe is the Comp working, and it has good circulation around it, an ideas please.
can you tell me where the fuses are . the 12 volt fuse has blown

Can I get a replacement 12v lead
Tracy, you probably won’t get a parts replacement from Aldi. However, your best bet is to visit Jaycar or possibly JB HiFi. They should be able to sell you one straight over the counter. If not they will order it in and that would get it right. You would wait less than a week. Alternatively, Google the cable and filter into what you want.

Mine was working fine on AC for about 2 years continuously - till about a week ago then it just stopped. It now will only work on the DC app.
I pulled the cowling off looking for a fuse or breaker but I can't see one!
Has anyone got any ideas?
I believe it is in the cable itself
The cable was OK.
I have since had it repaired - there was a nest of catapillars hached in the J-box behind the cowling - he replaced the j-box with an old one ($100) off a writeoff frig and its been working fine ever since.
Preventitive soulition - every now and then lightly spray some bug spray into the cooling louvers around the motor (when swiched off).
What does E 4mean
When I turn my 41L Stirling I hear the motor start and the green light is visible and temperature is displayed. Within 7-8 seconds the green light is replaced with an orange light, a red light flashes within a triangle below and I can no longer hear the motor. Any trouble shooting suggestions?
I'm on holidays and do not have instructions with me.
It looks like a power issue. Your fridge needs at least 12.2v for the compressor to run. You'll be able to download the manual as a PDF if you Google "Stirling 40L Fridge"
The problem exists the same when I connect to 240V. Would that be the case if a power issue?
I'm not at all technically minded.
I had problem following manual on little phone screen.
I do not have my manual with me and I am touring interstate. I have since got the number from a friend and called them. They said the problem is a broken fan to motor. While touring I'm not in one place long enough to have it repaired. When I get home in approx 2 weeks I will take it to a repairer.
