Not made in Australia :(

published

I purchased this previously and haven't had an issue with it as far as the product, after using it, the pores are less visible immediately after use. When purchasing another one for my sister as a gift and receiving it thinking all this time that its Australian, I noticed it is made in China from local and imported ingredients ! Not even sure if its Australian pink clay as the ingredients list just says Kaolin.

Please be careful when using this product. Bad experience

published

Yesterday I used the face mask in the morning and then had a shower and applied the moisturiser a little later on (not straight after my shower) it stung so bad like acid had been thrown at my face. I then started to get welts on my face and it burnt all day, I had to go and buy some non scented cream to stop the pain. I have woken up this morning and my eye lids are still on fire and red. I’ve thrown ALL of my products in the bin and will never use products from this company.

Dried my skin

published

After using the product it made my skin very dry, I dont usually try different products but I thought ill give it a go as its everywhere on social media. My mouth area became so dry and it would sting my skin :( very upset. I think it was the cleanser mainly. But the mask was okay and loved the exfoliater.

No good! Read reviews before buying.

I have used the complete bundle (scrub, mask and moisturiser) a few times and it has done nothing for my skin apart from make it look dull and dry. It STINKS of rose, I was hoping it would have a fruity smell (because of the product names) but it smells so strongly of rose that I can't continue to use it and have passed it on to a friend who will hopefully have more luck. The moisturiser also stung when I applied it so I tried using my normal moisturiser with the scrub and mask, but it didn't help. I have gone back to my Frank Body skincare products and will never repurchase Alya.

I dont know if this is a good thing or not but I've used it twice and both times the next day I have had deep pimples come out on my face. The last feels nice and is easy to use but scared to use it again as im not wanting extra spots on my face.

Not worth it

With all honesty, alya skin care product doesnt have any changes on my skin (pimples and pimple scars)had it for a week now.ill let you know after a month if they go away. I wont purchase again. When you get the product They asked you to post photo of you with it on instagram and tag them and you could win a year supply of alya skin.no wonder why i see lots of photos of people with it...but does it really work for them?
I wouldn't buy again.

left my face with a burning sensation

published

used this product last month and it didn't not go well for my skin. after 5 minutes I began to feel a slight burning sensation which started around my noise then gradually moved to my forehead and then the rest of my face, after which I washed off the mask. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with fair to sensitive skin like mine but it may be fine for other skin types I can only speak from my experience.

The marketing team are very good

published

Maybe this works for all the people that claim it works (or maybe they're paid to say that) but this is really not good for sensitive skin. The scent is overpowering and it stings the face a little. I know for sure now that it irritates my skin and breaks me out (and it's not a purge period like all the replies say on the few negative reviews.) There are some social media marketed products that are actually good for skin (e.g. Supple Dew Drops - incredible and very long lasting) but this is not one of them.

Severe allergic reaction

published

Sorry to say but customer service is appalling. Very disappointed. Bought the complete bundle. Had a severe allergic reaction to the facial scrub. Asked for a refund (which is part of their policy), was very cooperative and polite. Alya refuses to refund me for the whole thing, only received a refund for the scrub - basically saying that I must risk another 3 allergic reaction to the face wash, cream and mask, in order to get a full refund. Absolute disgrace.

Dried my skin out + red and itchy

Hate it. Stings my skin so much and causes bad breakouts

published

They advertised everywhere that this product is safe for sensitive skin and recommended for it so I thought I had finally found a product that I could use but no. This made my skin burn sooo much it went all red and the next day I broke out heaps. I got the trio pack and the exfoliater is OK but the moisturizer burns like hell I had to remove it instantly. Very disappointed that I wasted $100 on this product for sensitive skin which definitely is not. No harsh ingredients my butt

Think it works

published

I tried this over a few months and I think it has decreased my acne. I've never had bad acne but i suffer from hormonal ones from time to time. My skin also felt soft after? Maybe it cleans our your skin. Either way, satisfied.
