Ordered last weekend and although this weekend has arrived, order has not yet. 5 business days is plenty of time to deliver even using Auspost. Won't be shopping here again.

Update: Called today (10 days after ordering) to chase up and was told my order disappeared in the system and was never sent so I told them to cancel.
How can that even happen in this world of technology we live in? How ridiculous, will never shop at Amcal again.

I did my first online shopping from Amcal in Feb. Then in April Amcal asked me to provide feedback to the shopping experience. I provided a candid review because their delivery was slow and and my request to cancel the order was rejected. Amcal emailed me back, saying my review was moderated and was not published because it did not meet the guidelines of Amcal. Poor form.

I ordered 3 bottles of probiotics and it was perfectly packed with a ice pack. Got it within the week and was really happy with my order. Keep up the good work!

I've purchased several times from their eBay store when there was a 20% off promotion and they are quite quick to send your orders out. Sometimes, they only update you with a tracking number after you've received your order already - which is why I've dropped the rating to a 4.

My orders were always packed carefully and neatly, and always arrived accurately.

I previously wrote a review and gave Amcal on-line 5 stars, as I was very happy with the price and the delivery time. Unfortunately, my second experience was nothing like the first. I had to wait more than a week to get the goods, unlike the first time I ordered. Also, the non-medication product I bought was cheaper than the other online chemist last time but this time it was $9 more expensive - as I'd ordered 3 bottles I was ripped of $27!! So, I will not be using Amcal on-line chemist again.

Bought two items online but posted as one. Still got charged 2x shipping costs even though it was agreed they would only charge 1 before product sent. Decided not to respond to my emails requesting a refund.

After purchasing Dermeze Thick Cream 500g on Ebay and paying with PayPal I received confirming emails from Ebay and PayPal confirming my order. I checked several days later and Amcal Online said that they did not get my details of order but did get my payment. They said that they could not refund my money as PayPal had a restriction on their account. They did not even offer to send the cream. I believe that they offered a product on Ebay that they never had, scam. Never again with this company.

I always go to my local chemist to buy my make up i have always used expensive bands. I have found this great newish brand it's excellent. The powders are great and $4.95 i carn't believe it the foundation is light and dosen't feel oily it's only $14.95, omg that's a bargin.. They have everything from lipsticks, eye liners, bronzers, powders, foundations, mascara and everything is a reasonable price and is great quality everyone should try it, you wont be disappointed

If you find one near you, its a pretty good pharmacy with all the basic pharmacy items. You can get your prescription filled here and there is a separate cosmetics perfume section.
This is a pretty good pharmacy, if you can find it. They used to have one in a shopping centre we lived near, but then they changed the name. They have a loyalty card too, but I dont remember every receiving anything of value from there.
