Wonderful product wonderful company
The clamp holding the Anova snapped. On contacting Anova a new clamp was sent free of charge no questions. Love using the Anova and have recommended it to several friends.
Purchased in December 2021.

Versatile and good value
I'm really quite happy with this purchase - got it on sale, and it does exactly what it is supposed to with an easy-to-use interface. Temperature control is very good (well under a degree) and it has no issues heating up a 15L esky. In addition to even cooking of thick steaks and breaking down tougher cuts like brisket, the temperature control is useful in homebrewing as well.

Love love love!!
I love my sous vide machine. The owner of the hotel I work at recommended this model.
He purchase 2 before they had even been released on the market!!
I purchased direct from the company and they were more then happy to give me a sneaky little discount when i missed the end of financial year sale.
It creates the most amazing, flavourful food! I use it to cook so much including baby food!

So much sous vide fun!
Wait for this to come on sale as it regularly does, but even a 'full price' this is a great buy. Sold online from manufacturer.
Aside from being able to sous vide an awesome steak, you can:
- render fat for soap-making
- melt beeswax in a jar and not worry about anything catching fire or being burnt
- put a sealed container of dough in a water bath to rise (great for when its cold)
- cook pudding in jars
- put a container of milk + yoghurt culture in a water bath and set at a suitable temperature
- warm up bottles of sauces for ice-cream (hot chocolate fudge...caramel...mmm)
- make dulce de leche using tins of condensed milk without worrying about them exploding
