I was using a windows 1, would never go back to windows. I love the Apple Mac, I can pair my other Apple devices. A little expensive but well worth the money.very easy to use, pretty good speed good for students and people who want it to surf the net. I would recommend this product to anyone.

We have purchased this device last 24 Dec 2016. Mac book air, 13" 128GB. Price was competitive with other resellers. We're happy with the price. But absolutely delighted with the performance of the laptop. Easy to navigate and understand, very sturdy, and battery life is very reliable. My son used it for 2 days, maybe 4-5hrs/day, without having to recharge it. My other non-mac book air laptops needs recharging every night. in built apps are also sufficient and helpful. Although we have to purchase Office. but performance once and for its quality and integrity in relation to its price, this is a fantastic product! I am contemplating of getting another one for myself alone, not having to share it with my son;)

I was dreaming of my first apple, when after 5 months the screen has a problem.. I was watching my series, when my boyfriend arrived,I put my macbook on the table, when I opened my macbook there was a big line white... and a company said I did that, and the prize for pay is nonsense (almost NZD1.000). I am so unhappy with Apple, was my first apple and will be the last one. When I bought my apple I was so headful, I bought case before I throw away the Mac box, because I always thought about to be headful, I have the small lid to put in the plug... And the company said was my fault to make the damage? I will never buy again apple and I will tell everyone about my bad experience and unrespectful the company.

I bought a MacBook Air for University. As an engineer student I can say this machine is great even running hight demanding CPU and GPU like AutoCAD and Inventor (Bootcamp). I recommend this computer for almost every task you need to do, from heavy use to a handy way to carry your music and media it will be your best partner. Other important feature that is vital for students is the amazing 12 hours battery life, so you can work all day everywhere even is there is not a place to plug your Mac; 100% recommended.

2 months old. Screen starts out with lines then gets worse. At first seemed like a software problem. Appointment with apple diagnosed LCD fracture. Was told "you must of left something when you closed the lid, its your fault" not covered
I know this 100% didnt happen. Screen lid was open when it happened in front of my eyes.
Currently disputing through fair trading
Dont recommend spending $1500 on a laptop when things go wrong and they arent covered.

very good in use. Exemplary service. If any one as me to purchase laptop, I will suggest macbook. Good quality, good service, supporting app easily. Very good for students and professional. Easy to carry and use any where, even in long journey. Having all entertainment which required in free time.

Such a great laptop. I've had no issues at all. I do recommend keeping water away from it as I have heard they are very sensitive to water damage.
The support that Apple tech offer is also very good! Do yourself a favour and purchase one. It will make your life a whole lot better

The laptop itself is good but it's crap with the Internet.... Pop ups always come up, it's slow very slow, won't load anything... Very stressful!!! I wouldn't be buying another unless I could guarantee no pop ups all the time!!! Please fix this Apple.... Truly annoying!!! 50/50 I give 1 star

Had a Samsung laptop before this and The graphics processing speed, memory, usability and overall likability and customer satisfaction is way higher with this one I can run it for days without charging and I'm a heavy user with school work as well as personal and photography/ videography use. I didn't even need to buy microsoft with it because Apple's programs are easy and fun to use and you can easily convert a document into a PDF or Word doc so the files are portable. Overall a 5/5!

Sometimes struggles a bit with programs but generally user friendly, light and sleek. For the price is alright but I would buy again.

Excellent aesthetic and portability. Battery life is good but chargers are not interchangeable so can be a nuisance to charge if you leave the plug somewhere. Accessories are neat but expensive.

My apple gear is outstanding, love the apple shop I've had my Macbook Air for over 1 year now, and I absolutely LOVE it. I've used it HEAVILY for over 1 year now (i.e. on average, many hours a day) The only thing that is sometimes frustrating is that there isn't a usb port, this said you can buy an external piece for that or of course as all of the services such as airdrop get better and better usbs become less and less essential

There aren't many things I dislike more than carrying a big bag around with me or trying to do work on a small screen. This solves both of my potential problems! These are not as good as Apple would have you believe. Some better functionality than windows however they are annoying in other ways (e.g. only a backspace button, no delete, cant do the double click spell check, .cant use certain programs e.g. yahoo messenger .....). My screen died after just 14 months. Hazed to hell. So I have a dead PC so much for Apple quality (seller said it would last 5 years Too Funny)

My husband and I bought the MacBook primarily as a travel accessory to attend to our travel arrangements and organise photos! It not only performed admirably but exceeded our expectations plus it's light weight makes it both comfortable and convenient travelling through airports etc! I would recommend anybody with high expectations of a laptop that is also easy to transport this is the one for you!

Resolution is great, which makes up for the slightly smaller screen. Excellent balance between the weight and size of the screen/keyboard, which makes it oh so useable and portable. Some might consider it slightly under-powered, but ok for my purposes (general browsing, e-mails etc - I use a separate machine for gaming).

I never was a fan of Macs until I used the Macbook air. I have been a windows guy all my life. Other than the fact that I can't play high graphics video game on this, there is no other flaw.
Its weight is amazing, the colors are beautiful and most of the software are not complicated at all.
I highly recommend it to any one who has been wary of Macs in the past.
The speed of the processor is very good and using the windows seem like an errand after using it. I only use them for gaming.

I was hesitant to purchase this laptop, as the price is quite hefty especially for a uni student.

However my old laptop was slow and weighed a tonne so I bit the bullet.

It has been the greatest decision I have made. It is quick, I'm on and ready to go in seconds, it is SUPER light and so easy to carry around. My one small problem is I wish the battery life was a little longer. Other than that great job Apple!!

After extensive research, I decided to go Apple for the first time and but the latest Macbook Air. I had wanted an Ultrabook, with long battery life, an easy to use mousepad and under $1500. Well the only one I could find that matched all my specs, was this little baby. Even my son, an avid Android man thinks it is pretty good!

I purchased a 2015 model from compnow.com.au which was on sale - it had been upgraded to 8gb ram, so that if I needed to continue to use photoshop etc it wouldn't be a problem. This is my 2nd Macbook air, and I've found them great for travel, general writing, basic graphics, solo movie watching, recipes in the kitchen, everything. I somehow managed to crack the screen of my 2012 model, otherwise, it's still going great!
