Is ASKO - Is Good
Our previous dishwasher lasted for years and for its replacement we wanted a quality, quiet yet powerful machine. The ASKO not only met but exceeded all our requirements, it is easy to load and the dishes come out clean, dry and sparkling. It also has many standard extras which the others only offered as options. During its first wash we had to bend down and listen to make sure it was going! Very quiet. Good one ASKO.

Excellent product
Have had Fisher & Paykel, Smeg, Miele, and Bosch in past. This is is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. The racking is brilliant. We fit roughly 40% more than both the Bosch and Smeg. It is extremely quiet. The loudest sound is the water draining. Controls are very easy to use and results are excellent. We were Recommended this machine by a friend who had one. It is one of the few machines that pre washes (so you don't need to rinse) and is NOT prone to filters blocking. Both the Smeg and Bosch ( the old made it in Germany model) were good ...Read more
and lasted 12 years. They were repaired a few times each. The fisher and Paykel dish drawers were replaced or repaired 4 times in seven years. Once under warranty. I'm shocked they receive such a high rating, as I had nothing but dramas with mine, until I redesigned the kitchen to get rid of them. I'm a big fan of Miele, but wasn't sold on the condenser drying and filter cleaning required on their current dishwashers. We are very impressed with the asko. They are a solid machine, and you can see the quality of materials used. If it proves reliable, I will definetly be placing them in my other properties.Similar opinion? Asko D5456 None of the buttons on the touch control panel work. I've gone through the various procedures for the Start/Stop button functionality but to no avail. The problem sometimes fixes itself if I leave it overnight, or for a few days. But seriously is this what should expect from a non-budget machine??

No it is not! I would be following it up either through ASKO or who you purchased the dishwasher from!
