Shipping takes forever !
Ordered items over a month ago now, and still have not received. I Will be shopping elsewhere since I can get faster delivery, disappointed with ASOS as I expected better service.

Account debited twice! No refund
Bought a pair of sneakers in March, still trying in May to get my refund!! Emails send and replies only to drag it out! They probably hoping we will go away!

Worst customer experience ever
Bought a jumper a few weeks ago, when I got it it was completely different to what was advertised. I emailed them saying it’s wrong and if I can be compensated in some way, said no unless I return it... I emailed back and said regardless If it’s returned or not, if you send a customer the wrong thing, you need to compensate them. Never got a response from them. I work in a national company where if we send the wrong product or it’s not up to standard, you fix it - regardless. They should probably amend their customer service procedures. I never complain about little things like this, but this has really annoyed me. I’m not ordering from you again.
Clearly don’t care about their customers.

Refund never sent
Created a return online for 2 items with ASOS but was never sent 2 return labels, so I contacted them. After waiting a whole week they sent me a return label. I put both items into the bag. Couple weeks later, only received a refund for one item. Been emailing them back and fourth and like others said, always been receiving a generic email then followed up by a different custoemr service rep each time, asking me the same questions. At this stage, another rep just replied to my email asking me the same questions AGAIN. Still waiting for refund...

Missing items and no response
I have been waiting for a package for over 2 months and have found it very hard to get a response from ASOS.They are usually pretty good with deliveries but not this time.I have sent several messages and nobody responds to me.

Hit and miss on items, but Fantastic customer service
I've been shopping at ASOS for years, and some of their items can be pretty awful quality, particularly the ASOS brand ones. If something is too good to be true at its price point, it probably is. I've had some real hits and some real misses with ASOS, but shop realistically and you'll be fine. However, free returns makes up for this fact entirely.
If an item is unacceptably cheap or doesn't suit, they'll accept returns in their free return parcel and refund you. You just need to print a slip off the website or app and tape it to the package it arrived in and send it off. I haven't found a single online store with an easier process.

Cheap & Nasty
I placed an order at the end of March. ASOS shipped my order but I have to wait 4-5 weeks for it to arrive. When I placed the order they advised that shipping to me would be 5-7 days. As soon as they had my money it changed to 4-5 weeks. Who knows if I will get my products.

Crap customer service.
Asos has great affordable products but unfortunately their customer service isn't the best. I had a parcel presumed lost in transit and when I contacted ASOS regarding this issue, they replied to my numerous emails with an automated response. Not impressed.

Still no refund
Returned 3 items on March 12th and it is now the 4th of April and still no refund. I have emailed them and gotten a generic email back. If I don’t get my money back soon I will be opening a paypal dispute, this is unacceptable. I won’t ever be buying from ASOS again.

WARNING do not buy from ASOS - if you need to return you will never see your money
WARNING Don't buy from ASOS - if you need to return you will never see your money. I returned an item on 12 Mar. Was told 14 day timeframe and that I'd be refunded on 1 April. On 1 April no refund and was told to wait to midnight. At midnight was told to wait to 2 April - on 2 April was told they had changed policy and would now have to wait 21 days. This is ILLEGAL - you cannot apply new policy retrospectively. Save yourself the hassle - don't buy from them. Am now chasing up with Consumer Affairs Victoria and lodged complaint with my credit card provider.

Useless
Ordered $400 worth of clothing for it to be sent to another address after I changed the address! ASOS apparently couldn’t update the address even though this wasn’t my problem and the goods hadn’t been packed or arranged yet as my delivery would take 23 days. eath. Spent 40 minutes in a useless online chat, Said I would get a call from “ customer escalations in head office” I receive a stupid email saying again essentially sorry there’s nothing we can do. Worst customer service
They have the worst customer service in the entire world! I ordered shoes and turns out their delivery partners sub gents charge a very high amount of tax (same amount as the shoes). I talked to asos and they advised to reject the parcel and 3 months later Asos turns around to tell me that the parcel is still at customs and they can’t do anything about it!!! I am 400$ out of pockets because of these scammers!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

AVOID ASOS!!!
I ordered 3 jumpers and when I received my order and I was shocked because, there were lots of human hair and animal hair on the jumpers. I am 45 years old and have been ordering overseas for 10 years but I have never seen such a disgusting case before. And also there was no tag on one of the jumpers. It was smelling perfume. It was definitely worn before. You can see from the photos attached. Also, the quality of the jumpers is very poor. I sent several emails but never heard from them. I live in Australia and the company is located in UK. So It is almost impossible to return them because of the postage cost. Just avoid this company.

Avoid ASOS
These guys blocked my account after making an order. Sent me a size 43 shoe after ordering a size 44. I will have to pay for the return of the shoe to their UK warehouse and I live in Australia.

Pricing Is Misleading!
I was browsing around and a pair of shoes for $70 caught my attention... So the next day I decided to purchase this item, but it had gone back up to full price which was $100. I checked the product again and the price had gone back down $70... Right after I made my purchase paying full price!

Very hard to return and get your money back (see pic), ok if not in a rush & 100% sure what you buy will be perfect.
Ordered several wedding dresses to try. They sent wrong size and it took so long to get to me so I was running out of time. I was told quickest way to get right size would be to simply reorder and pay for courier and they would refund courier and original order. So I did this, exactly as they described.
Then they made my return difficult and after a month (and 21 emails back and forth, see pic) I am still chasing my refund. Ive given up on the courier refund but I have lost almost $1000 and have spent a month chasing through a myriad of ASOS representatives. Just awful service. I do not recommend.

Disgusting customer service!!!
After being a loyal and constant customer for the last year I went to place an order after changing my address due to moving which was accepted and then I got an email to say it had been cancelled and my account blocked. I contacted ASOS on Facebook for an explanation and received the email in picture attached. With no explanation as to why. Yes I had returned items but I had always kept items as well. If you don’t want people to return items and make it an easy online clothing shopping experience don’t offer free returns and expect people not to use them. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service and attitude in their email response.

Great service, not so great express delivery courier.
ASOS has been great. They are on time when it comes to standard postage, the garments are always of a high quality and their help team are prompt at resolving issues. Unfortunately their couriers please express service to Australia is far from that. Understanding this is an outsourced service, I would highly recommend changing courtiers after a recent experience I had with the couriers where my express parcel arrived 5 days after the latest date it was meant to. The ASOS team promptly refunded the express cost however which I do appreciate.

Satisfactory
Not bad. I got my two pairs of shoes quickly, and they look like the advertised shoes. They are attractive shoes, but they really hurt, and are a little bit smaller than shoes usually are for that size. The materials they are made with are very hard on my feet, so I may have to wear them in gradually.
