I was wait the afterpay sale to buy a bellroy key holder for my partner as a gift. They've added a shipping fee during the sale, so there is no discount at all. very misleading and not honest.

Very impressed with their customer service Bought an item and the same day it went on sale. They were happy to refund me the 30% amount that was discounted. It was a very easy and was all actioned very quickly.

I ordered a pair of shoes from The Iconic and paid an extra $12.95 for the shipping. I ordered a size 5 pair of flats and instead I got a size 7 on the left foot and size 8 on the right foot. I was disappointed when I saw this as they not only made one mistake by getting the size wrong but another mistake cause the picker couldn't get the same size for both of the shoes. Absolutely everything about this experience was so disappointing. Will not be purchasing anything from here ever again.

My recent purchase at THE ICONIC was great! I was surprised with the help given by the team when trying to purchase an item on their website. Miss REGENA was very helpful and with her knowledge and expertise, she was able to help me decide the size I needed. Besides the amazing collections of clothes they have, returns an exchanges are so so easy! My order hadn’t arrived by the expected date so I lodged a request with customer service to have it followed up. Chloe contacted me swiftly and followed up with the couriers on my behalf. Upon finding the package lost a new item was sent out via express post and arrived within a few days. I was kept up to date via emails and the replacement item was exactly what I ordered.
