Fantastic Car
Unbelievable performance from a SUV. It's a 2013 model bought second hand with 60k on the clock. Had a hayman reece towbar fitted and intend to tow a campervan. Have driven it with 5 passengers and 3 bikes on the back for a 6 hours country holiday. Could not tell that we had so much weight on the car. Very comfortable ride. Highly recommend this car.

Audi Performance machine. SQ5
The SQ5 is truly a performance machine. 0-100km in 5.1 seconds has the grunt to get you out of trouble quickly. Not that you can actually do that speed anywhere around Sydney, but it's there if you need it. The SQ5 is a luxuries SUV, ( but not really suitable for serious off road). Fits four passengers comfortably and is a very smooth ride. The only minor thing, is there is no USB port which is easily accessible. The SQ5 is a little over priced but once you take it for a test drive and hear the rumbling of the exhaust system, you will be going for the cheque book in a hurry.

Love the car!
Excellent performance, handling and economy. Comfortable for touring and enough space for golf gear and bags for a couple on an extended holiday. Easily the most practical and easy car that I have driven in over 40 years of driving experience. The service from Audi matches the quality of the car. I have had no faults with this car or my previous Q5. Excellent value for my money!

One of the best purchases I've made
I have a business that requires me to drive approximately 3+ hours to/from work each day. I chose this over the Porsche Macan, BMW X5/X4, and Range Evoque. The Evoque was boring to drive, felt slow as a 4cylinder and had too many exterior bits in plastic. The BMW didn't offer the same performance for the same money as the SQ5 and the Porsche didn't offer the same value (literally would have cost $140k + with same amount of options as SQ5 standard). I also wasn't willing to wait 6months+ for it to arrive.
Comparing to the others, this is by ...Read more
far one of the best SUVs for the money that you can buy for under $100k. The 8 speed gearbox makes the trip smooth and comfortable and the SQ5 comes with so much as standard in comparison to other manufacturers. The engine has been defined as one of the most sophisticated diesels ever made as you get fantastic power with brilliant fuel economy. I mostly drive it in Comfort mode during the week but every so often on freeways or when I'm in moving traffic and want to get around cars, switch it to Dynamic where it transforms into a beast. The exhaust note changes to a wild growl and the acceleration and steering becomes a lot more responsive making it feel like a couple sports car. I love to just let it fly effortlessly on the freeway where you can tell it was designed for roads like the German Autobahn while keeping room for kids and groceries! The reverse parking sensors and camera work as well as the integrated diagram make it easier to park than my last BMW 2 door coupe.1 comment
