Very misleading information in regards to receiving orders .

Buyer beware!!!
Very poor quality. Bought 5 sets and all were too sheer to wear. Clearly can see underwear no matter of colour and prior to bending or stretching in the fabric. Also bra style strap on white leopard set had lost all elasticity as though it was years old. Refuse to refund and only offer exchange for more inferior quality materials. I have sent my $200 order back 2 weeks ago and I've not heard nor received anything as yet. Just out of pocket $$$. Buyer beware.

Warning!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Made an order for two sets, no contact as to where my order was and then when they finally replied they said my stuff was out of stock but not the case at all as still available to order on website. After a month of emailing with them and deciding I was totally over wanting this order and asking just to refund, they said oh no can't do cause sale items, they are still selling these items online and continue too. These items come straight from China and very horrible feeling quality. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Don't do it!!! Terrible "business", they need to be banned from trading in Australia
Purchased 2 sets, both see through, asked for a refund and was told they don't refund due to their policy of 'no refund on sale items'. I explained to "Customer Support" that since the garments are faulty/not fit for purpose I am entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law. I repeatedly asked for a Tax Invoice with their ABN listed which they just ignored. Customer Support requested photos of the see through items which I sent, they deemed them faulty but still refused to refund me and again offer to exchange for some other POS sets from their store. I have disputed the transaction with my bank and will report them wherever I can, they are shonky as!

Great product!
Love my new gym set! I fell in love with the green colour but was skeptical of the quality since the price was very reasonable. I was very impressed when the order arrived. The material was thick and the quality was great! Will definitely order a few more!

Scams
Never even received my order at all. Customer service was a joke and just keep telling me the same thing ‘it’s on its way’ when the shipping tracker never actually moves. Don’t know if I’ll ever receive my order. Save yourself the money and buy from a reputable activewear store instead.

Has anyone else so far lodged this company with Scam watch? Also has anyone made transaction disputes with their bank and then been sent their items from Aurora because of the dispute?

Thanks for your reply! I also lodged a dispute with my bank which only after doing that did aurora express shipping my items. Not worth it what so ever. Wish I had just gotten my money back!
I’m about to lodge with my bank after PayPal rules in their favour.
Hey Tori, I reported them to scam watch after i saw you do it awhile ago. I also did the dispute last week and my items came yesterday from Sydney. The material is awful. I don't know where to go from here.
Thanks for your replies! Same thing happened with me Brooke. Seems they only sent my items because I lodged the dispute for the return of my funds.
Quality is not worth what I paid at all and I was at a loss with what to do. I considered returning my items to them and continuing with the dispute, but decided to leave it be as I was sick of dealing with them. Wish I stuck it out.
Yes i think i might go through with it, i am waiting for response off my bank. I suggest everyone to put a bank dispute in. I wish we could do more.
They have lost nearly 7k followers on Instagram in the last 2.5 weeks. Sad how many people will lose money to this company

Hey Brooke! I ordered 2 sets, long tights and long sleeve shirts. I only received one set. When I contacted them about it they pretended they were sending the other set and then blocked me when I asked for tracking details.
Hi Tori, same thing with me i ordered 3 sets and they sent 1 and told me the other 2 were coming, i have asked again two weeks later and they have blocked me too. I am still going to report it to current affairs. When did you order?
Hey Brooke, I haven't received mine, it's been 2 weeks now. I've heard of a few people receiving theirs, but not many. They blocked me from their Instagram when I started questioning them and they're ignoring my emails!
Same with me Hollie, I'm getting all my friends to email them and message them and they are blocking them too.
I ordered 12th March with express shipping. Recieved 24th one set, blocked yesterday the 31/3 when I requested a refund from them and told them I would be taking it further.
Same with me Tori, I ordered on the 17th got one set out of three, asked for a refund today after all the stuffing around and they blocked me. I reported there Facebook and Instagram page as scam. I think we all should do it.
I also contacted my bank and lodged a dispute for the transaction. Can take between 10-45 days to settle and possibly get my money back but I have proof of this company admitting to not sending my order and then blocking me so o should be able to get my money back! Will be reporting them on Instagram too! The bank suggested I lodge them with scam watch, which I’ll do now

I purchased 5 items at $265. I received only 1 item. I emailed them and they told me the remainder of the order is on its way from overseas but they refuse to provide any tracking information. They just ignore the questions about tracking and proof that its on its way. I have been threatening them. They have now blocked me. I reported them to Paypal in the hope that i can get a refund but I'm doubtful. I want this company shut down. What can be done to shut them down
Hey mel, your experience with them sounds EXACTLY the same as mine. Only received one set out of the order I placed. They told me the rest was “in their warehouse in the US” no tracking info just delaying and lying and when I asked for a refund they blocked me. Lodge them with Scam watch if you have a spare minute. Good luck in getting your money back, I have also lodged a claim with my bank

We all seem to have the same experience. We need to get them shut down. They have taken so much money from all of us.
I just reported it to my bank, I suggest everyone does this, my bank was so hopeful. I have a real good chance of getting my money back.
My bank sent a dispute to their bank and within 5 days I recieved the rest of my order with express shipping packaging from NSW. Just as I was about to send my signed case claim to my bank via email the post lady rocked up with the rest of my stuff.

I received mine but the quality was awful. They refused to allow me to return. Also, it came from China (3 weeks). Website said 3-5 days. Worst company
I have just been blocked on their FB Post. I have been asking for where my package is for over a month now. Afterpay are unable to tell me anything to do with the company and have said they cant give me any details. You would think they have a service agreement to use their platform for customers? I have also found another activewear brand called Astoria Active Wear and it appears to be the same people. these people need to be exposed. Does anyone know their Pty Ltd name or if they are a Sole Trader? Any phone numbers?
I agree Stacey this company needs to be shut down. I did see a number somewhere, ill see if i can find it.
I just reported them to thr office of Fair trading, I'm based in Qld, I would suggest that if you have 5 to 10 mins free, fill in a complaint online.
