Awful Service, Deceptive Policies
Tried returning two pairs of pants I purchased in a 2 for $129 deal only to find these were considered sale items and couldn't be refunded. The salesperson was also immediately agitated when I asked.
Oxford Shop has highlighted that only full-priced items are able to be refunded, however *every since product* is on some form of sale. It's entrapment and designed to prevent refunds of their low quality, poor fitting clothing (their skinny chinos are absolutely not skinny and are a terrible cut).

Read more like pulling teeth with no effort to remedy the situation. Avoid at all costs, or if you want to shop be sure you know what you're purchasing as you won't be able to get your money back. This was my first experience with Oxford and I can confidently say I'll never shop there again.Bad quality
I bought a wool mix cardigan. It arrived - cheap looking, creased and itchy. Not worth the money. didn't bother returning as not worth the time.
Wrong business model
My wife bought a leather jacket for our son. It was not correct size. Next day I went to Oxford shop at Broadway Shopping Centre. They didn’t refund, they gave us voucher valid for 6 months to buy leather jacket in this summer season. When they sell a online product they should refund if the product is returned as soon as possible.

Really great service and delivery and returns !
Have used Oxford many times lately, lovely patterns on shirts, excellent and fast return service too ! I go up a size for shirts and perfect ! I am short so length is perfect for me !

Terrible returns process
Bought 2 coats, didn't suit. Tried to return but was told I needed to cover postage, so I paid a courier. They attempted to deliver 2-3 times to the given address but couldn't access to the building. Chased it up and was given a return label with a different address. 3 weeks on and they don't know if it's arrived or what items were returned though the invoice etc was included. Still chasing it up. Extremely bad experience overall. Won't be buying from them again

Shocked by the poor quality of material
I feel that the price point doesn't align with the quality of the product! I just received a jumper online that is thin, scratchy and far from the "super soft wool blend" description stated on the website. Not happy.
had a bad experience with online store
I bought a bag for my friend's birthday. I also buy a belt to get extra 20% off. 4 days later they sent the belt without the bag which i really need due to out of stock. Now i have to rush to buy another bag from somewhere else.

There Will Be Something You Like..
The Oxford site has a few little bugs that annoy when perusing the multitude of clothing items. Like constantly having to reset the filter when narrowing your shopping desires.
Otherwise its not a bad shopping experience. There seems to be bundled bargains happening often enough that there is savings to be had. Though I'm not sure of some of the 'original' prices are what I would pay.
The shirts I bought, at first, appeared a little cheaply made. I wasn't that pleased with my choice. Not even the print was what I expected, I had to go back on ...

Do not shop with this company
Trying to locate my order as it has been sent to incorrect address and incorrect postcode. Australia Post have been wonderful and are working hard to locate it but unable to contact Qxford by email or phone. Will let Afterpay know what this company is like also. Bad experience

Online Order that you need to go into store to fix.
Order 4 shirts got 4 Large shirts, i received 3x Slim Fit and one Regular. Size is L on order form online and does not state Slim Fit or Regular. Response from Customer Service is go into store, hope they have the right design and size and all will be good. Yes for Oxford who provide no resolution for sending out the incorrect size. Worst online experience going around YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED and your quality is getting worse.

Great Sales
I feel it’s good quality and good price when on sale. I had to return my items due to sizing issues, but also one of the items was damaged and possibly the incorrect size (it had a hand written tag so I assume it was someone else’s return). I haven’t made the return yet so can’t comment on the customer service.

Amazing quality
I give 4 stars because delivery took almost 2 weeks since I placed my order. I bought them after Boxing Day for the Boxing Day sale so maybe it was the busiest time of the year
I’m usually AUS size 6 or 4.
I got size 8 and they are roomy enough to wear in winter layered with sweaters inside

ACCC complaint - Avoidance of Consumer Laws
I purchased a jacket from Oxford on 12th December. They did not have the jacket in stock so they ordered it from another store. When I collected and tried on the item I noticed the poor quality and faulty stitching. I engaged Oxford Chatswood Westfield to refund the item. The refund terms on the receipt enable the consumer to refund the item within 14 days from the date of purchase. Oxford advised they were unable to refund the item. I am seeking a refund of $79.00 for the jacket.

Horrible customer care and warehouse
Place 2 orders but only 1 order arrived. emailed customer care and was told they will notify the warehouse to prioritise it. Then I received an email from them saying One item is shipped. But I paid and purchased two items!!!! I think their warehouse is doing a horrible job as well as the communication of their customer care.
This brand will die.
