Absolutely garbage customer service order on the 14th it’s now the 27th definitely not due to virus as other orders from same area Different stores have come definitely not worth the wait just like the review under mine I will be requesting a refund too

Placed my order on 3rd it's now 11th with express shipping haven't even received it. Garbage getting a refund as soon as they reply to their emails they keep posting shipped within hours everywhere but they haven't shipped it.

Quick Delivery! But not happy with 1 pair of shoes.
Ordered 3 pairs of shoes. One of them looked used as there was a yellow stain on white Jordan shoes. Now have to go through the hassle of getting them replaced. Customer service is good but taking time to decide what they can do about it.

No shoes
Looking for a pair of shoes for myself.Usually go to a physical sports store without any issues.D ecided to go online to CK as people cant physical distance in Aust,after suggestion from wife.My son has some nice clothes/shoes from CK.Nearly all the shoes i looked at;that aren't $250 +,are sold out in my size.No brainer,I will look elsewhere and can uaually get a great discount(compated to CK "discount") by appearing in person(which sucks).Oh well.

Amazing customer service
I had an item that turned out to be faulty on my first wear and I emailed Sharn from culture kings customer service and I honestly have never experienced better service. It was absolutely world class service and communication and my problem was fixed with a replacement and even sent to my house so I didn’t hav to go in store so thanks

Loyal customer no more
Beware, Culture Kings uses deceitful marketing tactics. They provide customers with vouchers that expire within 2 days of receipt. This is unacceptable and dishonorable. I've been a loyal customer for many years, but after seeking an extension for my "2 day" voucher, I was told it was impossible. It appears loyalty means absolutely nothing to Culture Kings, so they have lost my business as well as that of my friends and family forever. Loyalty does still mean something to some people.

Refused to take back faulty items
My son purchased Le Bron's Nike Basketball shoes and although only 3 months old, they refused to refund after an air bubble popped in one shoe. They deemed it 'wear and tear'. They kindly offered a $30 voucher instead. We went direct to Nike and they refunded the cost immediately. Buyer beware!

MUSIC WAY TOO LOUD
As much as I love going to concerts and have music blasting, this was way too loud. The DJ was blasting techno music and me and my girlfriend had to leave the store because we were getting headaches. Poor store experience, could not shop there any longer and judging on the other customers faces, I think they agree.

Poor customer service, delivered faulty item
i purchased the 3 tops for $90 which was an awesome sale! the oarcel took atleasgt a month to get to me and two of the tops were awesome however i was sent a top which was meant to have a STUSSY label on it and was meant to be a light purple and green colour however this was not what i received. I have asked for a refund however they are expecting me to return the parcel taking my own time to retun this even though i had sent photos. still waiing on a refund today........I say make sure you get what you buy!!

Excellent service
The product was the wrong item which unfortunately I had to send back. My daughter actually ordered the shoes for me and we thought she was ordering the ladies size 11 shoes but when they arrived it was the men's size 11. I am so disappointed the Adidas do not make a size 11 in ladies!! as I so loved these shoes. My feedback is about the service I received from Lindsie who was amazing, so courteous, helpful and responsive. I would rate her service as outstanding, wonderful attitude and so incredibly helpful so even though my experience with the product was disappointing, the wonderful service helped make the bad experience a better one. Thank you Lindsie.

Really slow shipping
Recently ordered some clothing from the online store. I've been waiting 12 days, order still hasn't been packaged from their warehouse. Don't know how it takes that long, but highly recommend avoiding this store altogether.

Lol slowest shipping ever
So order a package 10 days ago and it just got packaged and sent ..does it really take 10 business days to pack and send a package. I mean why sell products if you dont actually have them in stock. I shop from other foreign based retailers and their shipping seems to be quicker.

Terrible experience buying online
Bought 3 items from them, all items were available. Got an email 3 days later to tell me one of my items had sold out, but they wouldn't say which one due to them being too busy. I then loaded up their site and found each individual item still listed as in stock in the size ordered. They replied that the website must be playing up.
A week has passed and neither of the 2 items has even left their warehouse. Meanwhile I've purchased stuff from other stores after Xmas day, in a super busy time and all items have at least reached the first AusPost...Read more

As a side note, it is hilarious to me to see an AUS store appropriating U.S. (especially LA and NYC) culture/sports teams and trying to be hood (aka street); like being rude to people is cool or something. Was once good...
I used to shop at Culture Kings all the time through the online store, orders would be sent out within the same week without fail but now that they have added this pay $20 to skip the queue crap its the slowest service. I am sitting on day 10 since my order was placed and it hasnt even been packed yet. Nike ships from the Natherlands and it arrives faster, shopping elsewhere from now on.

Not the best customer service..
I emailed customer service regarding a broken necklace chain twice & still waiting on a reply almost 2 weeks later. Customer service via phone is not so great either. Very disappointing as it was a gift for someone & the necklace broke within 2 days.

No.After considering an online purchase for shoes i would never consider again.I received great personal service at the sports store i attended and after trying on several pairs which was no bother to staff i purchased greatly discounted and far superior shoes for the same price as culture kings ordinary runners.If i have an issue i can present to staff as needed in a 10.minute drive as opposed to a wait and see if they look after me.Just my own experience.
Im more of a jewellery type person, like chains and bracelets. I found a few ones i like and honestly dont care what theyre made of or how long they will take to ship, just want to know if they are durable and will last a while

I’m not sure what type of invoice you’re referring to. They sent an order confirmation email about 4 days after I placed the order and a shipping confirmation like two weeks later. When I finally physically received the order itself, there was no receipt/invoice.
I strongly recommend that you not do business with these “people”-it will save you a lot of stress.
