Hi just wounder when I'd get a reply to my email about a purchase I made .you sent 2 out of three items the third item being the only reason I made the purches as a package deal . it was available when I made the purchase now you say it's not in stock . I'd like a full refund I'll send the other two tops back wich i only purchased as a bonus being in a bundle deal but maybe this is how you lure your customers in buy promising somthing you can't provide and hope there happy with othere product and won't say anything . I’m seeing a lot of unappealing reviews in regards to shipping and customer service. I want to make an order but this is off putting, some people seem to be unable to reach anyone yet when you guys respond you want an order #, where are you wanting people to send their order number to get this sorted out? I’m skeptical about spending more than a preferable amount of money on a website that does not seem to have high ratings.

Unfortunately, we received a lot of backlash during COVID in regards to late deliveries. It was a horrible time while we worked closely with Australia Post to get the delays sorted!
I ask customers to send their order # so I can reach out to them via email and compensate them for any parcel delays/losses that may occur in transit as we hate for our customers to be out of pocket.

im seeing mixed reviews and wondering if i should even spend the money
No.After considering an online purchase for shoes i would never consider again.I received great personal service at the sports store i attended and after trying on several pairs which was no bother to staff i purchased greatly discounted and far superior shoes for the same price as culture kings ordinary runners.If i have an issue i can present to staff as needed in a 10.minute drive as opposed to a wait and see if they look after me.Just my own experience.
Im more of a jewellery type person, like chains and bracelets. I found a few ones i like and honestly dont care what theyre made of or how long they will take to ship, just want to know if they are durable and will last a while

does culture king online purchase provide an invoice?
I’m not sure what type of invoice you’re referring to. They sent an order confirmation email about 4 days after I placed the order and a shipping confirmation like two weeks later. When I finally physically received the order itself, there was no receipt/invoice.
I strongly recommend that you not do business with these “people”-it will save you a lot of stress.
