It is really comfortable and just the right support. I ordered on the Wednesday and it came Thursday, but it was even possible to get same day delivery!

The quality of mattress is great. Very comfortable just as described on their website. The staff was very helpful over the phone and the delivery time was amazing. The guys who came to deliver the mattress were very friendly and considerate.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Ordered Sunday 10am and was delivered by 2pm same day !! Definitely recommend!! Staff very knowledgeable in the show room and helped choose the right bed. Delivery driver was great helped take everything to the 10th floor.

After finding the ausbeds website I read the reviews and was convinced to purchase.
The next day I got a call telling me order was received and my delivery requests were no problem. On the morning of I got a call confirming delivery and a delivery window. The delivery drivers arrived and were lovely, prompt and efficient.

Just went to Ausbeds this morning to find a comfortable mattress. Bought a Cooper queen and very comfortable. Couldn't believe the price!
George was very helpful and organised delivery of mattress same day Saturday. The young men delivered to my unit this afternoon. Too service to match the value and mattress. I'll certainly be recommending Ausbeds.

Delivery service is same day. The guys set it up for us. Good stuff all around.

Nice and supportive without feeling hard. Plush pillow top, that you don't sink in to. Feels the same as other mattress that was super expensive. Just purchased so not comments on durability. Nice white covering with minimal branding.

Whole process was super smooth from the online order to super quick delivery - very helpful with accommodating delivery time and also getting it into the room. Great customer service! Mattress is firm without being too firm, woke up refreshed and comfortable from the very first morning.

We purchased two Cooper Queen Bed Mattresses and were amazed at its low price for such high quality. The mattress is extremely soft, and you feel as if you're sleeping on a cotton cloud. You cannot feel any springs or hear any sort of noises as you move over it. As a Tennis player with constant back soreness, a comfy night sleep is certain with the Cooper mattress and has helped a lot to comfort the body when sleeping. Overall, you will never find such a top quality mattress range at this sort of price! The delivery guys were also super helpful in the delivery & setup of the mattress.

Dealing with, and speaking to, everyone on the phone and via email was an absolute delight. The friendliest, warmest and most patient staff I have ever had the fortune of coming across. Delivery was unbelievably easy (shout-out to delivery driver Tom), fast and relaxed. The bed is how I imagine lying on thousands of marshmallows! Unbelievable, all round 10/10

Bought from Ausbeds a few years ago and I've been recommending them to my friends ever since. They seem to be very competitively priced as I shopped around a fair bit and couldn't find anything better for the price. I'd rate them 5 stars but the delivery was 30 mins early and I wasn't home, so he had to drop it off later that night which kind off interfered with my dinner plans with my outlaws:/
