We are extremely satisfied with our purchase. Mattress is comfortable and just as the description read. The delivery was same day service and completely hassle free. Harry the delivery guy was punctual, friendly and inredibly helpful, even carried the mattress upstairs to put directly onto our top bunk.

This is my second ausbeds mattress, they’re so comfy and affordable and the warrenty is 5 years so can’t complain. Delivery is always perfect, this time I got my king size cooper delivered by Harry, he arrived exactly when he said and was very helpful, even asking if I wanted him to take the wrapper off the mattress. This delivery was also on a Saturday after 4pm !

Harry delivered our mattress, he was friendly and the service was awesome. The mattress is now the envy of every family member. We bought a king single for our daughter, everyone tested it out. Now everyone wants one. Perfect blend of softness and firmness, just right. Needless to say our daughter is very happy.
