Excellent quality mattress with friendly and professional service. The driver kept me informed of when he would be arriving and was extremely helpful when moving it up the stairs. the mattress is comfortable and at a great price. Very happy customer

Brand new mattress for under $500? Bargain! Harry even delivered it the very same day after working hours! Why pay more? Slept on it a few nights already. I find it pretty comfortable already. No worries!

I bought a Cooper queen mattress and a Byron base nearly a week ago and both of them are fantastic. I have insomnia so that get into sleep is very difficult for me, but Cooper is so soft that I can sleep comfortably and easily on it.
Harry is our delivery man, charming, so strong and help us a lot in delivering this because the Cooper mattress does not fit the lift, he was willing to help us carry it to fourth floor and we appreciated a lot. Definitely will introduce Ausbed to my friends

After a lot of research I to the right type of mattress, I bought the Cooper from Ausbeds and can't be happier than this. It is one of the best mattress I have ever used - it's not too firm but not very soft at the same time - just perfect! The delivery service was 5 star to say the least. Harry and co. took it to the top floor (it's a duplex unit) without even complaining once. Top top guys! Absolutely impressed by the quality of the mattress as well as the service provided. I will definitely order another one for the other room soon!! Cheers guys!

Ordered the mattress in the afternoon and it was delivered the next morning. I didn’t have much expectation for the price, but the quality is amazing! We’ve only had it for about a week but it’s so comfortable that I’ve been finding excuses to sleep in the spare room!! :) Harry, the delivery guy, called to arrange the most convenient delivery arrangements. I can’t rave about these guys enough! Thinking of upgrading all our mattresses to these ones. Thanks for the outstanding service.

Very comfortable and supportive. Will have to see how it holds long term but it is a quality mattress. Also keeps in mind these beds are not vacuumed packed which is a plus.

I suddenly had to move and was in need of a mattress to sleep on once I moved into my new house. Ausbeds was great and arranged for my mattress to be delivered the next day (after ordering it), and even to arrive after I had arrived at the new house! Harry delivered the bed and was very friendly and helpful getting it up the stairs and places where I wanted in the room.
The mattress is great, very comfortable and supportive which I need as I have a bad back. Would highly recommend!
