Found the staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful,im a first time mum and they were brilliant, definitely my go to baby store.

Only one other lady in the store and two workers on and I had no idea what I was looking at. They both were helping her I waited and waiting for shown the pram I wanted then left on my own again ... while they both helped her. I drove an hour out of my way to look at the one pram I wanted to buy just to feel ignored. I left knowing I wasted my time and petrol for nothing.

Will never shop there again. If you're looking for easy, helpful staff then shop somewhere else. When a few big mistakes on their end were made, they tried to shift the blame on the customer with no accountability.

I’ve been here three times now and except for the occasional younger sales attendant I’ve had nothing but rude l, arrogant and narcissistic attitude from staff here. The last time I went here was a matter of urgency for a sound/white noise machine for my sleepless baby and after asking for advice and not getting any I asked if I could return an item if it did not work. I was told no if “the box was opened” you can not return it. Well the thing didn’t work!!!! So I’ll be heading back to return it and get my money back. Poor service and dodgy quality products... unbelievable!

I've been there with my mother-in-law twice and on both occasions have been served by a woman who has no interest in actually helping, she has no passion in her customer service skills and makes the time (which is supposed to be exciting) very horrible. She spoke down to my mother in law and wasn't as helpful as the other girl who was working. She assumed I didn't have the money to afford a regular priced pram and kept telling me if I got a certain one id get 15% off - but had to get it that day, which also I didn't like being rushed. Considering they're one of the most expensive baby shops in Adelaide this particular woman needs to learn some good customer service skills because she's the reason I won't shop there anymore!

Lovely and also practical items for mum and baby. .. Fantastic baby bags! I only wish I had discovered this little mecca of baby related products when having my children. Now I just need someone to hurry up and have another baby so I have an excuse to walk their red carpet (which equates to the service I received) and wander around for another half hour in a mindless daze at all the cuteness.

Wow, love this shop. Staff are very friendly and have great range of baby goods. Totally recommend this store to all my friends.

Just wanted to say thank you so much I'm so happy with my Baby Jogger pram and capsule hire combo. It was fantastic to learn that I could hire the capsule to go on the pram of my choice so I didn't have to go and buy the capsule as well. Thanks for the tip!!
Even got $25 voucher to spend on a car seat after the hire finished which was a bonus I wasn't expecting.
I searched everywhere for this type of combo package I could find anything. Thanks again girls and I will be back :)
Great advice

I'm all about supporting local business but have learnt now not to care. Customer service is terrible, bar one or two girls. Unhelpful unless they think they will get a sale. I spent over 2k but was tempted to cancel the order & go to Bunting as they were so rude each time I called to chase my order/delivery. I won't bother next time nor will i recommend the store.

Terrible service. I bought a top of the range car seat on their recommendation, which both the RAA and Red Cross said was not the safest nor did it provide the functionality that it promised (eg: suitable from 6 months to when the child is large enough to fit an adult restraint). They refused to let me exchange the seat and never responded to my letter of complaint to the manager. Disappointed that I spent so much money buying most of my baby equipment from a store that doesn't value it's customers. Won't be shopping there for baby #2

Rude staff. Poor product knowledge. Refused to exchange a product that did not match it's description. No follow up to complaint.
