There is so much technology built into this overlocker, most important is the self threading of all the looper threads, which is the bug bear fo all other types. It does numerous stiches with only a few easy steps for the change. It has one of the most comprehensive and easy to follow instruction books plus a quick threading chart. Even though it is rather expensive it has a 5 yr warranty and there is no comparison with any other overlocker. I had great pleasure in putting my 20yr old Singer in the garbage.
A miracle of simplicty so easy to use.

How easy is it to set up the rolled hem? Can it do 2 thread rolled hems for a finer hem?
I would appreciate any input? I’m thinking of buying s new overlocker as my 20 yr ol Babylock is too complicated to thread and have to pull apart to do a rolled hem!! I want automatic threading and a v simple rolled hem .
    Thanks

I am trying to use the pin tuck foot to complete a blouse and want the pin tucks to stop half way down the front. I cant figure out how to stop, tie off securely and then move across to the next pin tuck? the evolve accessories video shows pin tucks going all the way to the bottom of the fabric, not what you have to do if you stop half way and that goes for all the accessories...

If you didn't have to start at an edge do them from the centre to an edge, sew off & cut - you have tails but they can be knotted round a needle and carefully run down to the start of stitching. More time consuming is to back off the needles, loosen tension and carefully pull off loopers and away from machine - this leaves you with 3-4 threadss and very little chaining to manage. Knot to finish and trim.
