I purchased a pram with some accessories online to be sent interstate, because the accessories were not in stock, they called me straight away and gave me the option of sending out pram first and rest in couple of days, they also called to double check the address and let me know my purchase is on the way, great communication throughout the whole transaction, very pleasant to deal with, will defo go back again!!
