BUYERS BEWARE
Lusso 2I have found a numerous amount of parents who ordered months ago and still yet to receive their items. Parents have been promised compensation in return for errors made by the company but Baccani are now dodging calls and emails. All proof has been sent to the department of fair trading as well as major news channels.
From what we were told from their "warehouse manager" the company is in deep financial stress and on the verge of declaring bankruptcy. With the economy the way it is, save your money and buy elsewhere.

Shoddy joinery, customer service don’t respond about warranty
Lusso 2Pram fell apart (joinery completely detached through normal use on flat cement in a city), fairly new and still under warranty, and baccani customer service hasn’t responded regarding the warranty on any channel in 10 days. Do not purchase from this brand or you will be without transport for an extended period, and ignored by the company. Go with somewhere reputable.
Great pram!
Lusso 2Great pram that I got on sale during Black Friday and well worth the price. It’s the only pram I could find that offered a double attachment where the second seat didn’t take up basket space so super happy with that. Instructions that came with the pram haven’t yet been updated from the Lusso 1 to the Lusso 2 so canopy instructions were wrong but it was pretty self explanatory.

No good for mixed aged children
Lusso 2With all the admin issues with my order including dishonesty from Baccani (like saying the pram had shipped when it hadn’t and offering 50% cashback if not shipped by a certain date and not making good on that promise) etc, I was still excited to receive my pram and gain my freedom back as I need it with a 2yo and 4mo. I eventually received my pram almost a month late and missing a piece (that was sent after I chased it up). I don't understand the other reviews, seriously, did we even buy the same pram? I bought the Lusso 2, seat + seat configuration I read lots of reviews here that the baby can go at the front and the larger child at the bottom. WRONG. The manufacturer’s instructions are clear on this which disappointed me as lots of other people were posting of their baby being closest to them. Unfortunately, the larger child needs to be closest to the parent and to be put in first and taken out last for stability. It is not intuitive, my toddler wants to face the world, and I want to be looking at my baby and my baby at me. And with this pram, that is not safely possible. Pros – - double pram- +1
Very sturdy but comfortable at the same time
Lusso 2Using for 5 months with the bassinet for our newborn.The pram is very sturdy, can feel that specially when walk on uneven foot path.Easy to handle. Baby looks real comfortable in there while going on our walks. Never had any issues so far.

Good product - exceptional options!
Lusso 2Although it was a long waiting time as pre-ordered item, we loved the pram. Toddler facing forward and newborn/bassinet towards parents is very rare to find which this pram comes with.
Moving is very smooth. It’s clear that they designed with lot of care and efforts.

Great product
Lusso 1I purchased this back in June last year and everything was great!
I recently purchased a second seat (back in july) as my youngest is now too big for the bassinet, it was definitely a journey to recieve thats for sure as I received it today (mid Oct).
I have put it together and out it on the pram, it is different to the original seat, but still great sturdy pram all round!

Lusso 2Love the pram. Moves smoothly; easy to manurver. So easy to change chair configurations, including taking off adapters. I was tossing up between this pram and the uppababy and I'm SO GLAD I bought this. Such great value for money. Especially with the extra seat included (or bassinet option). As well as two large seats so both kids will fit in whichever seat. Still a really large basket for all your other items. And comes with added items such as adapters, cup holder, belly bars all included in the price. Best investment ever and such a fabulous price! Amazing, awesome! Couldn't recommend it enough!!

Long delivery times
Lusso 2I placed my order for my Baccani Lusso 2 pram on 25/07 and before purchasing it stated on the advertisement that dispatch would be the 15/08.
I had emailed Baccani on the 18/09 wondering where the pram was and was advised that due to large preorder backlog there were behind in getting out shipments.
They said my pram will be arriving first week of October. First week of October came around and no pram arrived and no communication.
I emailed again on the 10/10 wanting a follow up and they had advised they same thing.

All I have to say for people ordering this pram. A month later NO pram - They don’t have the stock to send - UPDATE returned product and no refund STILL after ONE MONTH
Lusso 2I pre ordered the new lusso double pram and it stated very clearly on their website and product that it would be shipped on the 15th of September. I assumed this meant it would arrive to me after about 3-5 days as their shipping states it is express.
Well wasn’t I wrong.
Not only was it not going to be sent by the 15th - they didn’t tell their customers until the 19th September 4 DAYS !!!! after advised it would be sent out.
They were quick at deleting Facebook comments of people asking where is my pram, but didn’t want to answer until 4 days after.
Apparently they didn’t receive stock, not that there was much of an apology in the email.
4 months and still haven’t received the product
Lusso 2Don't waste your time with this company. Customer service is ordinary. We pre-ordered our Lusso 2 pram back in June for expected delivery in August. We received an email in August advising there was a delay. Expected delivery 25 September.
Did not hear anything further, but noticed in September they started taking regular orders on their website. There was a note on the product page saying due to the high volume of order, they would be shipped in the first week of October.

Currently their website say pre-order for delivery after 15 October. So that suggests two things. 1. They forgot about our order and shipped to other customers that placed more recent orders. 2. They just created the shipping labels to appease us, hence why they did not respond to our enquiry.

- Has anyone found that the handlebar not being able to extend, an issue? I'm not overly concerned but wanted to check.
- Regarding the seat canopy - Was also wondering if the hood of the canopy extends a bit more? The video mentions there's a window (section that you unzip on the back of the canopy) but nothing about extended material on the front of the canopy.
- I was also wondering if there is somewhere I can get a manual? I can't seem to see any on their website.
- Finally, I noticed that their dimensions when folded with seat is 20cm longer - but when looking at the video, it doesn't look that much longer than without seat - are they adding the extra foot rest as the 20cm assuming the footrest isn't folded back?
