ALDI Bauhn ATV65UHD-0518 (65", May 2018)

We bought this TV purely because it was on sale, and figured we'd get a year or two out of it before buying a better one.
It's been our main family room TV for 4 years and it hasn't skipped a beat.
The sound isn't great, so we have a sound bar if we need it, but for most viewing, it's fine. It is slower than our other TV'S and doesn't like it when we try and change channels and volume quickly.
The picture is fine. We don't use it for 4k content. Only streaming and FTA. But the 4K streaming content looks great.
We had smaller version of the TV...

Buyer beware. Our seldom used TV last only 2 years. I didn't realise they only have a 12month warranty. Quite disappointing really. Burning Plastic smell and won't do a thing. Rang support and they tell me they are not serviceable.

Bought this TV in June 2018, haven't used much but after 20 months it became faulty. Repair cost doesn't worth to be spent on it.
Ahhh not to mention that it has worst speakers in it... definitely need a seperate sound bar with it.
Picture quality is not bad though but reliability matters.

2 x BAUHN 4k TV we bought mid 2018, both broken at the same period few weeks ago and I wrote aldi in email to report this matter, so far THEY have not response

please be aware that this type of TV will have problem and waste your money indeed

Beautiful picture simple elegant, it does have enough HDMI quality not bad for the price you pay,would definitely recommend this product as for the sound is not bad at and for the remote is responsive enough

All these people writing bad reviews are probly from company’s like jbhifi or Harvey Norman or the likes, the real test is buy one for yourself if your not satisfied return it with the 60 day money back guarantee, it’s a great tv at a great price and does all it’s asked to do, very happy

Functionality and picture very good.

Watching motor sport and golf mainly and excellent picture.

Just got Foxtel 4k box to set up so will see how it goes.

We have everything you can imagen plugged in this beauty. PS4, foxtel, Teslstra TV, Wii and we can see photos from USB. Fantastic size. GREAT sound. Extensive features on the remote control. Only 1 year warranty. Cheap TV only $800. I am happy with this purchase. We love the 4K Ultra HD when we can use it.

Low-quality TV made somewhere unknown, after purchasing in one month some dots became on the TV, called insurance Company and they been trying to replace it for the last two months without any success. Controller for the TV doesn’t work very well as well. Do not recommended this mark even it’s cheaper than other TVs

This tv is amazing!! for the price of it from Aldi the quality is amazing and nothing to fault!! The feature are awesome and mine came with chrome cast which was even better! I have nothig negative to say about this item in all honesty. I will always be getting these tvs

For the price. This is a great tv for my son to play xbox. Screen resolution not as good as my LG. Color not veey sharp. Volumn isnt too loud but all in all its a bargain for the price. I would recommend as second tv or gaming . Go for it.

Had A well known brand TV for years now and back then paid eight times what they are now. It was time to upgrade and we bought this TV because it was cheap and double the size of our old TV. The quality is good of the screen but there's a slight lack of htmi ports and no PC port. Colour and picture is good but not impressive like the known brands seen in stores.

for rening my place as Airbnb wanted a t.v for the large living room,as a starter t.v this is ok,easy to use picture quality is ok have had this t.v with me for 1.5 years ..so far no complains but also that the t.v isn't used much,but does the job if you are not looking for a ultra smart t.v

mine started to play up within warranty but then the issue resolved before I contacted them, it's now 3 months out of warranty and is going to cost $$$ to repair, it takes forever to get through to the repairers on the bauhn tv line because they have so many callers. I hardly used this TV, it was a spare in another room, please pay extra and go elsewhere, I will never buy again and will make sure I get extended warranty! my LG's have all lasted over 6 years!

This Tv is amazing with 4K which makes it even better. It has all the ports you need like hdmi. The built in speakers are good it also has good sound quality. The Tv has a premium build which makes it look and feel good.
It also has thin bezels which makes viewing the tv amazing.
