my beko washer shows water drop sign but doesn't work .... has anyone found solution to this problem? i'm so frustrating
During a heavy load cycle, eg towels the water pumps out through the soap dispenser and floods the j
Laundry floor.
My Beko BFL103ADW dispenser keeps filling up with water. In fact, it over flows with water. It does not seem to dispense correctly either. It is clean like new and I do not think it is out of warrantee period yet. Everything works perfectly but this seems to be a problem. I have tried options like;
cleaning the dispenser,
making sure the machine stands level, (tried this when water came out the front),
selecting various dispensing programs, but noting works,
checked all the relevant fault finding suggestions in the manual,
closed the tap slightly to prevent inlet water from spilling over the dispenser sides (cannot confirm this has helped as it is not possible to see the flow path while operating)
Frankly getting frustrated with what I believe is a good product.
Product has been working very well until I have absolutely no power now could you advise me on the steps to find the full and fix it myself please thank you
Belo technician will say cockroaches have destroyed control board!! Just happened to me!
BFL853ADW When I press on/off button no lights come on no beep is their a fuse/circuit breaker
in machine?
Sensor (red & white wires) that touches top of glass door is flashing, clicking sound with flashes, otherwise machine is dead, power is on? Had to manually release locked door to remove unwashed clothes by taking top off machine!
Cockroach egg on back of circuit board shorting 1 of 3 relays was the main problem, cockroach poo damaged small components on front of board so I am ordering a new board. There were also small black a...
Read morents nesting in the detergent draw and associated water pipes so I disassembled that system and hosed it out.Hi I bought bfl103adw 1 month ago. during the washing process, there is an occasional click from my machine. I couldn't find why. I scare my washing machine has a problem.
Hi, the lock indicator light is flashing (not the child lock). There is no where in the manual to say what that means. When you try and start a wash, it clicks 3 times and starts flashing. I presume the lock isn't working but the door is actually locked. With a family of 5 the washing can get backed up pretty quickly so I'd appreciate any insights.
Hi
Machine is showing e12
Have emptied the load and detergent and the water from the pipes
What can I do next to fix it
This happened to me and is still regularly happening. I requested a refund. It will not drain without the machine being tipped at 90degrees manually to drain any excess water in the machine. That’s th...
Read moree only way a service man could get the error to go. A washing machine that can’t drain isn’t fit for purpose!I have a brand new machine. Worked well on the first couple if loads but now it's beeping while washing, and there us bi error message on the screen. Why is it beeping?
My machine will not turn on after a few hours it will but then after being turned off it won't turn on again
Hi there,
Somebody used our machine and must’ve touched something, now it doesn’t beep at the end of a cycle or unlock the door. Any suggestions how I fix it to how it was? I can’t find the answer in the manual.
Thank you.
Can the autodose functions working on powder or has to be liquid?
Beko washing machine autodose function can be use the washing powder or has to be a liquid?
Sorry to hear that. Thanks for your input. I'm thinking to buy a Bosch German made. More expensive but I don't want to get a problem.
I find the autodose function quite annoying as you have to use the whole lot (obviously) before you use other detergent such as a wool mix. Also I'm not sure if mine is still not working properly, bu...
Read moret it doesn't seem to use all of the detergent before it flashes up to refill. When you take it off autodose function it still doesn't use the liquid which makes me wonder whether any liquid is being used at all? Also I don't believe my wash comes out as clean as it could. I was tossing up between Beko and Bosch - I wish I had went with the Bosch.HI there
Please help. I have read all the questions and answers but nothing is helping and the manual doesn't seem to explain my issue. I accidently pressed the touch screen with my hip, now it seems I have set up auto-dosing (or changed another function) and I can't turn it off. On some programs the water drop symbol flashes (I have emptied all the water with no results), while on other programs the auto dosing symbols flash. I have tried turning off auto dosing (but I'm not actually sure how to do this - the manual doesn't explain how to turn "off"), but can't seem to do this. So two issues, the water drop symbol and the auto-dose....
Check page 12 in the owner's manual. It shows the button to press to toggle through to turn both the auto dosing options on or to select manual for powder. https://www.beko.com/au-en/support/user-manu...
Read moreals-result?search=BFL103ADW IIRC correctly it won't matter if you've got auto dosing on for the detergent (with the detergent compartment empty) and instead put powder in the central opening. The powder will still get washed down into the tub.Have done this now :) however machine still not working on any program and the water drop symbol is flashing.
Does anyone know how to reset error codes on the BFL103ADW? Holding the On/ Off button for 3 seconds is supposed to (from what I've found online) but it won't clear the E12 error. I've drained the water via the pump filter. Last time it happened waiting 2 days with the power off reset it. :(
This could mean that there is excess water in the base or you have a problem with the float assembly because the pressure sensor is reading there is too much water in the washer.
Another possibility i...
Thanks Family of Four. I'll post up more info after the tech comes to fix it.
Beko suggested running it at 90C on a Cotton cycle with either bicarb soda or Epsom salts as it was most likely scale bu...
Read moreild up. That didn't work and it stopped again with error E12 at the final spin cycle.Okay, so my issue is it leaking water into the base of the machine. It can be cleared by taking the rear panel off and soaking up the water (unplug the power first!!!!) Or, the easier method is to til...
Read moret the machine forward carefully. Hold it on an angle (about 30 to 40 degrees should be enough) for about 30 seconds and the water will leak out the base. Be careful as the front feet may slide if/ when they get wet. Then hold the On/ Off button for 3 seconds until it counts down and turns off. Turn it back on and the error should be cleared. Obviously leaking water and electricity isn't a good combo so be careful.Machine will not start, water droplet icon flashing not sure what that means nothing in user manual, tried resetting machine and it still won’t start any cycle.. Only purchased 2 weeks ago..
From what I understand, the flashing water drop means that the detergent is being dispensed, but if it is not starting I reckon that there is a fault with the part that then switches over to the actua...
Read morel washing once the detergent cycle is completed. I reckon it's a warranty issueThank you, have put in a call for someone to come out, so frustrating as I’ve only had the machine for two weeks
Can anyone tell me what it means when a flashing ‘water droplet’ light appears in between the detergent and softener lights on the display? There is no mention of that light/symbol at all in the user manual, and what ever it is, it’s stopping my machine from doing anything. Thanks!
I'm sure it means detergent is being dispensed.
If the detergent or softener icons flash it means they need refilling.
We just purchased the BFL103ADW and have had it installed, it replaced a 10 year old Samsung wish I wish we had kept, even at 10 years old it was quieter than this 3 day old machine. We have checked and rechecked the levels, it is perfectly level and this thing sounds like its an industrial jackhammer when it flips into spin mode.... not very happy at all..... Reading others comments about this machine and its noise - is this a fault with the machine?
Yes they were all removed and placed into the bag with the instructions by the installers.
We replaces a Simpson and ours is pretty damn quite.
The only time ours sounded like a jackhammer is when the girls put a load of towels in all rolled up, and it caused it to be unbalanced
Have I overlooked it in the user manual, or is there not a beeping function that alerts us when the load has finished?
Hi ReneeE
The only audible sound is a little 'chirp' when the function has finished.
You missed nothing in the user manual.
It's a little annoying to start with, but you get used to it.
Thank you so much, I haven’t heard anything LOL maybe I use to my old loud beeping machine.
