Bellicon Classic rebounder - one step down from Bellicon Premium

published

Two months ago I purchased online a 44 inch (112cm) diameter Bellicon Classic with folding legs. Well-made, sturdy and easily stored for us with limited space. Prior to purchase, I discussed my needs with the Melbourne distributor and found her very helpful.
The Bellicon Classic has a steel frame with a black powder coating while the more expensive Bellicon Premium has a more durable stainless steel frame.
I wear shoes and lightly bounce for 20 minutes several times per week, and often use light hand weights for part of my Bellicon sessions. I find Bellicon "health" bouncing to be an excellent supplement to twice-weekly gym training.

I bought a Bellicon rebounder recently and have been bouncing every day. It was money well spent as I have already toned up and lost weight. I bounce while watching the TV. The Bellicon has bungee cords instead of springs so it is very quiet. The cords come in different strengths to suit your body weight. It is fun to use and has improved my circulation and general fitness as I can use it throughout the day. It is light weight and easy to store.
Quiet, convenient, indoor exercise.

Yes, I still have the indoor (bellicon) and the big outdoor trampoline. I now have sand weights too which I bought online.
