Brilliant Workout

published

I was out at the shops looking for a Reebok Step when a sales person pointed me towards the Reebok Deck. Not only is it a step, but it converts to a works bench ( flat and incline), a seat with 3 different back settings and comes with a set of resistance bands. You can use the step at two heights. The higher one provides a really good workout. There is a DVD included with a few different workouts as well including one that you can use with dumbells. It is a very sturdy unit and doesn't take up much space.
It's a very versatile piece of workout equipment. You don't need a lot of space to use it and is great for people who want a good workout but can't get to the gym.

Hi there, how did you extend the legs? I can't seem to figure it out and i have tried the levers on the side but they won't budge.

Thanks

When I first got it I had the same issue but you just need to pull the step part out from under the unit from the centre towards the outside edges and it will snap in to raise the height. I use the levers to release the extension so it will fold back under.
