    I was a little worried about delivery based on past reviews but this company was great to deal with!

    Bought a Britax car seat on the 1st Nov - cheapest I saw anywhere online by $40 (with postage already added) and the item arrived at my house on the 5th Nov.

    Nothing but good things to say about this company : )

    Was a little worried after reading the reviews.
    The purchase was simple and my pram arrived in 7 working days - live in a regional area. Was able to track the movement of the delivery. Very happy customer.

    Purchased a car seat from these guys almost 3 years ago. Was served by a male whom seemed to be the owner/manager. Spent over $400 on the car seat and extra items totaling over $500 because of a promo advertised in store and online offering a "bonus pack" of free stuff for purchases over $500. When I requested said bonus the man was rude and abrupt but begrudgingly gave me the extra goods. He also was not accommodating regarding a split payment (two cards) and even suggested that other nearby major shops (I can't name names) would be more accommodating of such thing. Bought car seat, never been back despite great sale prices advertised.

    Ordered online the steelcraft agile elite stroller. Wasn't until after I sent through order and payment that I read the reviews. Was nervous from there on but I had absolutely no need to be. There was an issue with credit card payment, but spoke to a very friendly and helpful woman over the phone and issue was sorted easily. Ordered 14th June and received regional Queensland on the 22nd June.

    Do not buy from this store.
    Do not ever part with a cent for these criminals.
    I bought 3 products online totalling more than $500 which were said to be in stock and available for pick up. They do not only not have them in stock, they take WEEKS to reach the Morayfield store. Don't bother trying to discuss these matters with the male owner - he will scoff and swear at you just for ringing! The female at the store will lie to your face that they have no connection with the online store. Liars, cheats, these guys should be out of business.

    I purchased the Baby Love twin Odyssey stroller from Belly to Baby it’s light easy to manage and best of all children look safe and secure and it didn’t cost me hundreds of dollars

    We placed our online order on a Saturday afternoon & received our delivery to Wollongong at about 1pm Thursday.
    I got a phone call on Tuesday morning to let me know the order had been dispatched.
    If I’d read these reviews before my purchase I might have shopped elsewhere but I can’t fault the service we were given.

    Horrible customer service, still waiting for my item!!!

    I placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago and I have not been advised any further details other than “processed please wait for pick up advise”
    I called the store only to be snapped at by the lady. I then waited a week and went into the store to enquire and was rudely spoken to by the male (owner) I presume. None of which could give me any information of how long the wait would be...

    Don’t buy from here...nothing but stress waiting for your purchases to arrive...

    Cheaper products, communication is lacking, slow dispatch

    I ordered a bassinet kit on the 02.02 and it was posted 12.02. Website clearly states "hipping is within 10 working days approximately. weekends & public holidays are not counted."
    I had e-mailed after 5 days to get an update but never received a response.
    They use e-go as their courier who have seemingly mixed reviews.
    If you need an item quickly, look elsewhere. If you are looking to save a penny and don't mind the wait. Go for it

    I always read reviews, but rarely ever contribute. I was initially put off by many poor reviews. However, I contacted company first to ask few questions e.g is it in stock etc.. I found them to be very helpful. I placed an order for 'Kiddy Cot' (playpen) next day. The order was dispatched next day with tracking with Australia Post to WA and received about 6 days later. I am glad I went with my instinct. The playpen is fantastic and came with free playmat. I can't fault any part of my experience with Belle2baby and would have no problem recommending them to friend & family.

    Online order - Zero issues

    Was a little hesitant to order after reading other reviews but glad I did. Had absolutely zero issues. The item I ordered was shipped with tracking next business day and arrived exactly what I ordered with no problems.
    They had the cheapest price+ shipping combination for the playpen I ordered and it came with a quite nice free playmat.

    I should have perhaps read some reviews before ordering...I ordered a car seat and several car related products only to receive an email saying they don't actually have the car seat in stock despite a confirmation my order had gone through. Then for them to say I could either wait until Feb for an updated version (is 2 months acceptable?) or 2 completely different car seats (which I would have purchased in the first place if I wanted those seats). I emailed back with the response of no, I would not like another seat or to wait and they cancelled my whole order! Ummmm I still wanted the other products in the order! Then, a month later I had to email chasing my refund!!! Not acceptable. So very disappointed.

    Their website contains incorrect information. I placed an online order which stated “in stock and ships within 7 days”. I received an email days later advising the item needed to be back ordered and wouldn’t be received for six weeks. When I questioned why the item says in stock on the website, the staff rudely told me via email that it was my fault as “our Christmas shipping trumps all other information on the site”
    When I asked for my order to be cancelled, it was, however, I did not receive my refund immediately. When I requested the refund be processed the response was “we are aware how to process refunds”
    Absolutely appalling customer service.

    Communication is terrible, had to email 3 times before I received a one sentence reply. Online wait times for postage extremely slow. Will not purchase again through this company

    I placed an online lay by for a bassinet and 3 weeks after the last payment was taken i have not received workd that the item has been shipped or when it is likely to be.
    Ive tried phoning the number on the website to which none seems to ever be there and have sent 2 messages and am still awaiting a reply.
    Very disappointing!

    I put on an online layby, a stroller, second seat kit, stroller accessories, car seat, mini liner and matching infant head support. needed my order earlier than expected, emailed the online store as they don't have a phone number to call, they replied within a few days, we arranged for payments to be paid and finalised, and items were sent through courier interstate delivery through E-go Road Freight as it was sent by Road Freight I knew it wouldn't take a few days I was patient to wait a week or even two, the items then arrived two weeks from when order was finalised, all items are in great (new) condition and I'am one HAPPY customer that will be ordering again (:

    Business not open when they clearly say they are

    I've attempted 3 weekends in a row to go and purchase 2 car seats from this company. They are never open! I've emailed and asked if they are still operating and the response said clearly they are open all the time except for public holidays. Well that was a BIG LIE! I went in business hours like they have it on the wall at their business. They never answer their phone calls. I am hesitant buying online with them as there is no customer service and reading all the reviews I'm happy I did not purchase anything from them. Went to baby bunting instead.

    After contacting belly to baby for a faulty product (freying seat belt in the infa-secure vogue seat) the seat had less then 9 months use when it suppose to go until 8 years old...they said they would send the replacement part only they haven't and even after multiple points of contact now they refuse to even respond...I'm now forced to take action...do not do business with these people.

    If you place your oder online, does belly2baby only ship your stuff out after you pay off the fully amount on your lay buy?

    Yes once you have fully paid the order they send out the products.

    As far as I can tell they wait for the FULL payment then order the products from their manufacturer. If your experience is anything like mine you will be waiting a LONG time for them to send it!
