I just bought 2 300ml bottles. One bottle will open, but not close. The other won’t even open. Just terrible, poor design, expensive company. Don’t buy anything from them. So angry!

Not good at all, This made a bad red rash all over my face it’s bumby itchy and also irritating, this dried out my skin and it hurt my skin.
So please be careful.

Used the products first night I was like this is great then the next few nights not good burnt my face and had swelling and little lumps all over my face it was horrible!!!.. be careful

I’ve tried every over-the-counter cream, wash, cleanser and toner you can name. This is the only product I have found that consistently works. I use the wash and the 10% cream. It is best applied only to the problem areas as it can be drying, however it is nothing an oil-free moisturiser applied during the day cannot fix. I’ve been using Benzac for years and highly recommend it.

I have cystic acne and the benzac 5% acne wash and 5% acne cream has shrunk the cysts basically to nothing and has reduced the redness in 5 days. Make sure you moisturize after each application as can dry out your skin and cause redness.

Benzac ac is the only product that seems to be working for me. It has taken 4 months for me to actually see improvement, which is expected after having 4 years of acne damage. I started with 2.5% for 4 weeks, then 5% for 8 weeks, and now I have been using 10% since. I will admit that I was doubtful at the 5% stage, however perseverance has paid off. I do have dry skin for the moment, however that is the price I am happy to pay if I can clear my acne.

I have been battling with acne since I was 15. It started of mild and back then I didn't worry too much. But as I grew older I became more self aware and my acne became worse. I always had clear skin growing up but then in my mid 20s I suddenly had problems with huge lumpy pores on my chin area. I tried many products and after a year of trying to clear and smooth my skin I tried benzac ac wash 5%. It started to work instantly. When you first use it it will dry out your problem areas but that lasts 2 to 3 days then your skin is back to feeling normal. I wish I used this product sooner. My skin in smooth and healthy looking.

This product isn't as effective as it should be. I put it on daily, every morning and night, but my pimples aren't going away, and they are becoming red when i put it on. Sometimes when you use it regularly it workds, but then it all of a sudden stops working and does nothing to help your skin. If you want something really fast and effective dont buy this.

I use the Benzac AC Wash daily and it really helps keep my acne under control without drying out my skin (leave on gel) or bleaching my clothes (leave on cream).

I find daily use is needed. I can skip a day or two now and then but the acne is just waiting to return!

I think the range is expensive considering long-term use, and it looks like the price has just gone up again (lost star for cost).

I haven't tried any other products in this range so this review does not apply to them.

I got a Benzac product for my daughter last week from the chemist as the lady working recommended it but the product just made her face red and peel..would not recommend!

I've never had bad skin, but some pimples here and there that would stay for a while so, I started using Benzac in 5% and at first it was amazing, some dry patches that could be cleared up with moisturiser, but other than that it made the pimples go away within two days maximum. Eveyone's skin is different and your skin isn't the same everyday. This has only really work after each night,after a shower. i let it do its thing overnight and wake up with fewer acnes and dry skin. Can be irritating but i moisturize myself in the morning and its good as new and cycle it again. So its not bad nor perfect. i'd recommend Proactive.

My son doesn't have acne but still gets the occasional blemishes & pimples.
This stuff is very strong so you only really need a very small amount.
It can leave your skin feeling a bit dry but as long as you don't use to much this is a great product.

Absolutely perfect, 18yr Australian girl, acne prone skin always, and first day of using it today and my skin has already gotten much much better, I used Both the facial foam wash and the spot cream and in about 4-5 hours it has done wonders, I find it works best if you exfoliate first and then the facial wash then the spot cream, I love it, best product I've used

I've struggled with hormonal acne for over ten years. I have been on Accutane twice, which cleared my skin for about 18 months both times before it started reappearing. I've also been on the pill designed to help clear your skin and used multiple over the counter products over the years. This product doesn't particularly clear up my skin entirely, however it has maintained a happy medium that i am satisfied with. I have been using the benzoyl peroxide in 10% and the SPF15 Moisturiser. The moisturiser by no means is amazing, it's quite heavy yet doesn't do much. I really just wear it for the SPF purpose, and use another moisturiser underneath.

I brought this product 2 days ago as seen on tv saying it would cure your acene. I just recently ran out of Proactive and heard so many good reviews about this.

After a day of using this, it had irritated my skin. Now because of this product my face is dry, itchy with red patches on face and neck.

I honestly regret buying this product due to the fact that it has ruined my face! And the worse thing was, i felt as though my face was going to peel off from the burning sensation it had given me.

Not very happy with this product, i should've stayed with Proactive! The number one product that didn't let me down :(

I've tried just about every product on the market that supposedly clears up acne but nothing has ever worked until I tried benzac products. I have always had an extremely clear face but terrible acne on my back for 5 years from age 15 which destroyed my confidence, I hate going to the beach I hate going anywhere that involves my back showing. I started using Benzac about a month ago
It started to bring out all these big large pimples in the first week and after that I haven't had anything major come out
Every now and then I get a really small one but with in a day of using benzac it's gone
I only apply after my shower each night and its really good. I highly recommend it to anyone especially teenagers
I went through years of spending heaps of money on proactiv and clearasil but not anymore I found the one.
I now need something to get away the scaring from my pimples

I have to say, this product cleared up my skin like nothing else! After just two days of using it I had almost no acne left. Seriously I had been going from product to product for nearly two months and this was the only thing that got rid of the acne. HOWEVER, after continued use my skin began to dry out. A LOT. Sure my acne was gone, but it it's place were flakey dry patches that got sore if u didn't treat them. Suffice to say, it's good for clearing acne but make sure you 1) don't use too much and 2) follow it up with an intense moisture regime

I previously wrote a review on the Benzac Foaming Cleanser after having improvement in appearance of teenage son's skin after just one week. With no further improvement after a couple of weeks we changed to the Benzac 5% Wash but had no results with this (using once a day) and his acne returned in full force. Giving up with off the shelf products and are now seeking Doctor advice.
