This trampoline hasn't lasted 7 weeks which is disappointing.
We eventually heard back from them (after posting this review) and they offered us a full refund.
Purchased in December 2021 for A$749.00.

Poor quality net and net design.
Purchased the Rectangular 8ft x 12ft Big Air Trampoline 2 years ago. The net tore easily and the zip broke (to be fair they replaced the net without much fuss). better condition, nets, padding etc. Ours is held together with gaffer tape. I wish I had have purchased one of the other brands mentioned.... On the plus side the Big Air had the biggest rectangular trampoline I could find. We have enjoyed having the bigger mat size and the rectangular shape suited our yard space. I don't normally write reviews but when I was buying my trampoline there were no other reviews of Big Air so I could only go off their website claims.
