Would it be okay if i mix a whole mini bottle of bio oil with my body cream?... Speaking of the body cream which is fair and white, so white from paris...

I would do a test batch 1st. You may have to whip it up to make it emulsify. I would expect it would help your body cream be even more moisturizing?
No I have used bio oil before and I wouldn't recommend bio oil to be mixed with any.other substance whatsoever

Is this just me or does the oil take a long time to soak in

I always use moisturizing products straight after a shower (which is what they all recommend) Although I have a slight sheen I don' t feel like I am oily. Also my clothes never have an oily smell. Perhaps that may help.

Yeah I guess you could. I haven't tried it. I just put it on first, let it soak in and then put makeup ontop half an hour later : )
No it's best not to mix bio oil with any other substances
