how to change the mode to use 2 in1
I have CUA525BHP pet, have cleaned filter, removed hair from brush, checked for clogged up spots, checked everything on properly, but brush wont work at all and every time i press it to work it drains all the fully charged battery . l am puzzled.
I've cleaned the filter and made sure it is connected properly but it still gives me a red light and I don't know why? Can anyone help please?
Old message but may help someone, When the head becomes to clogged with long hair it'll trigger the red warning light as well. You'll need to pop the head brush out and clean all the hair off and re-install - fairly easy to do on this vacumn as it was designed to be removed.
Why is it stopping then circulating colour arrows what is the fault.

I have seen mine do it once or twice but cant remember exactly what causes it but those flashing lights you described are an indicator the battery is nearly flat but if the is not the case try this :
I think mine problem was due to the dust bin was not seated properly, but I also know that if the accessories hose is not fully connected to the machine correctly, it is shaped to go back in one way only and if its is isn't not it lets air escape and it will give a false warning of running out of power, flashing lights.. My advice would be take the canister out, empty it, remove the filter and use soft bristle brush it clean it, shake it and refit it. Sometimes when i've opened both bottom and top lid I have seen cat hair wrapped around the filter at the top of canaster between the walls and the filter, flashing light . Good Luck Hope it helps

Could you please tell me where I can buy the CUA525BHP from in New Zealand.
Sorry I dont know about NZ . I've been trying to buy another one for a friend that loves mine and they are out of stock everywhere in Australia. I've rang Black & Decker and was told they are not making them anymore ? Keep trying to locate it is worth the trouble, the best vacuum cleaner I have owned in 66 years
I've cleaned the filters but the red light still comes on - why?
Because when you replaced or cleaned the filter you have to apply a little pressure with the base of your hand and turn the plastic basket till it sits under the lugs or the light comes on give you a false reading to say it is full when it is not .
I was interested in purchasing this machine but I thought I better check out the availability of filters. The manual mentions that there are two filters that need changing every 6 to 9 months. I could only find one filter available at a couple of online stores after much searching and the other I could not find at all. Where do you get the replacement filters from?
I rinse mine under the tap and that has worked for eightteen months
