Mop til you Drop

published

Bought this item for my Daughter for Christmas 2022 as she had just moved into a Rental interstate. What an awesome light weight easy to use Steam Mop. Great Cord Length with a great size mop head to get into the corners. Water container holds a good amount of water and she can get the unit mopped in one go. Great Steam Force and the Floors and Tiles come up CLEAN. Best Product Ever.

Purchased in December 2021 at Harvey Norman for A$75.00.

Poor design

The attachments are very good, love them BUT once the body is pulled out of the floppy white tube which delivers steam to the floor foot - that is it. Don't ever expect the nozzle with the steam to fit back into the white tube. What duffers.... So - you have to decide if you want a mob, or a hand steamer - this strikes me as being against the consumer law - you imply that it can be used as either.

Mop is ok, all the other accessories are not so useful

published

Bought this expensive model because it came with all the other accessories, but they are pretty useless. Used SteamIt hand pad to clean the kitchen bench and tap, didn't do a good job at all and left water marks on the tap. So now back to traditional sponge and chemicals. Tried the steam head on my hair straightening brush and left the bottom very clean but left out the teeth. Mop seems a slight improvement compared to the traditional mop. Works better on tiles and stones. When on maximum heat it left the floor a bit wet. And no it doesn't clean the grout. There is a brush for grouts if you want to get on to your hands and knees, Haven't tried using it yet.
