Considering the size of my house block I probably should have gone with a more powerful trimmer but this model had some great, and justified, reviews. It's a very light weight battery operated 18V unit which does the job, but despite it's light weight, it would be a lot easier to use if the unit could be be locked when running, and if it had a shoulder strap. I'm a fairly fit women of considerable height, but I find it very tiring and hard on my hands keeping the trigger squeezed, and it does get heavy with continuous use.
