Turbo lite 300 plus. Second use and seems to be leaking around seems and / or, having massive build up of condensation on walls. Is this a normal thing for these tents? Even the side walls on the awning leak around zippers (ironically they are covered by a flap).

Why would the rain leak in our tent. The floor was wet under air beds after rain. There was water on the inside of tent on the seam where the floor meets the side walls. Any suggestions to prevent this welcome.

I would normally peg the tent to the ground before popping it up - if it’s not zipping up I would adjust the tension of the floor.

Michael

Agree with James. Tension is the natural zip enemy.

We had the same issue. Used an esky or step ladder to reach into the centre and Re-hook it back in.

Worst ever tent, change brand

I bought extra tie downs, small cup like feet and the awning still catches wind and lifts off the ground. The only option is to reduce the angle of the awning - yet this still catches wind. A design flaw in my opinion.

Can be ordered via your local camping store or bcf.

Undue the Velcro retention straps to the tent and see if it's still doing it. If it's not operating properly without the tent attached taje it to your dealer for warranty repairs.

We have a BlackWolf Turbo 240 Ex-Lite LF tent. The fly seems too small for the tent. Even with the centre patch as perfectly centred on the tent hub as we can get it, not all the corner patches and Velcro tabs can be pulled down into position on the corner poles. Has anyone else had this problem? We are wondering if it is a design issue with this model of tent or if we have just bought a lemon? Online chat with BlackWolf about this problem was useless - just suggested return of the tent if we are unhappy.

Material should not shrink. I would return the fly for a new one at a Blackwolf dealer.

Will

Thanks for the advice. I don’t think it’s shrunk, it was like that when we bought the tent new - the fly just seems to have been made too small for the tent.

I have a small tear in the canvas of a relatively new turbo 300 just wondering if it’s best to tape that or get it stitched up.
I also have the super fly and 2 of the guy rope clips have come off. Are they covered by warranty.
