I have serious Iron deficiency and the tablets I usually take were unavailable at the time so I purchased these as the label stated Low Constipation!!! Well after just a few days of taking these I was so bound up I became quite ill and only after stopping taking any iron supplement at all for 5 days has my system started to return to normal.

Since checking research the ingredients not the the most effective in terms of iron absorption

The product did what its meant to do, so can't complain, just the side effects are nice but can be lessened with diet and plenty of water. Popping smelly pills well when you have morning sickness is no fun either.
I had to take these through most of my pregnancy due to aneamia. They worked well in getting my iron count up relatively quickly and as long as I kept taking them the count stayed up.
These pills smell awful and made me constipated within a day, I knew I had to take them but dreaded it. But I know all iron tablets usually have this effect.
