Iron Oxide nano particles are not missing from our diet
Really really disappointed that Blackmores would add a magnetizable iron oxide into the gel caps of their vit D, knowing that many people are taking large doses of vit d3 to help with their immunity. Iron oxide nano particles are manipulatable by frequency waves, are still experimental and this seems like negligence - first do no harm, remember that? For those attempting to detox - take a look here below. No more Blackmores for me, sold my shares.

The new tabs have a reactive black substance to a magnet and feels gritty.
I have done repeated tests to check if the Blackmores D3 1000IU had any black substance as i have seen other demonstrations showing this. Yes i have found that there was a remarkable amount of this black substance in one capsule alone. I was shocked to find that it reacted to the magnet and i could move it in the liquid substance and also along on the glass or plastic that i used as i tried both. i could play with it!!!!..
i am sorry but i find that this is concerning and i would be very cautious in taking these. as stated before Iron Oxide is ...

It has Graphene in it. It is poison.
We all need vitamin D3, as we do not get enough from the sun due to sun block/sun screen and so on, I have no medical or health condition Diagnosed currently and haven't had a advise reaction so far from blackmore D3. So after seening a video of a vitamin D3 Dissolved in water and a magnet used draw the Graphene to the inner side of the drinking glass I are very concerned. I done my own test, the vitamins D3 have metals magnetic in them, I m now very Worried of what the Consequences of taking x 3 per day for 2 years.

Too many ingredients I don't want - they are red in colour, however Blackmores were helpful
I bought these Blackmores Vit D3 on sale at Chemist Warehouse, but found they were red in colour as compared with the usual clear coloured capsules. It was only when I looked up additional ingredients in a TGA public summary that I found out why. Here is a list of the other ingredients: Gelatin, glycerol, iron oxide black, iron oxide red, lecithin, medium chain triglycerides, mixed (low-alpha type) tocopherols concentrate, purified water, Soya Oil.
Compare this with the list of other ingredients in the Swisse Vitamin D3: Gelatin, glycerol, ...

However, I was offered contact with Blackmores advisory service and was offered a refund. I have arranged this via reply paid with the product back to Blackmores. So I made it a 3 star review overall.Purchased in September 2021 at Chemist Warehouse Physical Store.

Blood tests showed increased vitamin D levels
I've been taking these capsules for the last seven years to prevent calcium deposits in my coronary arteries and a calcium score showed I've been successful. Vitamin K2 should always be taken with vitamin D3 to direct calcium into bones and away from the coronary arteries.
Caution advised
Caused diarrhea after first try.. thinking of changing to another brand. Luckily I bought the 60 caps bottle and it was going for 20% discount. May have to throw it away.

Blackmores Vitamins D3 makes me sick.
Whenever I take Blackmores Vitamins D3, I am sick for hours running to the toilet, and get nausea, diarrhea.
Some people get nausea, diarrhea, feel sleepy, get a rash or get a bad taste in their mouth. These vitamin D side effects are very often not due to the vitamin d itself, but due to the oil that is used as a carrier for the vitamin d!
You see, most vitamin capsules are made with oil and oil can go rancid over time. Even if the capsules have a date on them, there is no way to know how long the oil was sitting around before it was pac...
