Does not work
This product does not work. After taking it for 2 months it had no effect on supressing hunger or assisting with weight management. Surprised Blackmores can get away with mfg such a product which doesn't do what they say it does. My recommendation - find other ways of dealing with weight issues.
it didn't work. another product marketed as "clinically proven" yet did not deliver promised results. a waste of money.

I think this is a very effective pill for someone like me who has a sensitive stomach and who listens to their body when it tells them it's full. It's already working - I'm amazed at my fullness and decreased appetite. But I don't think it would work for people who have more serious weight issues or who regularly over-eat as they are likely to keep eating even after they feel full, if that makes sense (and some people are actually immune to the feeling of fullness, so it definitely wouldn't work on them!) l full so it has worked for me as it REALLY helps you to feel full more quickly after eating and for a long time after. Also, I wonder about it being a 'quick fix'. Yes, it is definitely working for me and I'm thrilled I'll be losing weight for my upcoming wedding but I do wonder whether, if I stop taking it, I will go back to old eating habits as my stomach may have become used to the feeling of fullness (in other words, it may have stretched and I will feel hungry again once I no longer have the capsules to fill me up). I really recommend it but make sure you do your research first and make sure it's right for you! :) Decreased appetite was apparent from the first time I took it. It really reduces hunger pangs long after I eat - I am almost never hungry on this and usually I'm the kind of person who snacks regularly. Not any more! When I eat now, I can only eat a small amount before feeling really full and then I stop. I would like to shed about 5 kilos and I've only been taking it for a couple of days and have already lost a kilo. I can't believe it actually works! It can be difficult to remember to take it half an hour before meals but it's not really a big problem... if I forget, I only have to wait another half an hour before eating. No big deal! Another thing is I get really full quickly which is GREAT but can cause some discomfort (ie mild indigestion and bloating and some diarrhea but I am prone to those things anyway). I'm willing to suffer a little discomfort for weight loss! Also, I've heard it can give people pimples which has me worried... hasn't happened to me yet though.1 comment

need to get rid of. Going back onto the Blackmores sugar balance pils that work really well, they keep sugar cravings away and it really keeps my weight steady.But might try this one and see if i can lose my 5 kg. wish me luck!
